Over the past 30 years since the Reform and Opening,China has maintained relatively high-speed development, and the urbanization process has accelerated. In the practice of urban development and development, there are some obvious problems, such as "ghost city" and "sleeping city".However, the rapid expansion of cities and population have caused problems such as environmental pollution and traffic congestion.Nowadays, the development of urban-rural planning in China is becoming more and more mature, which gradually forms the characteristics of urban-rural planning in China.Today's urban-rural planning, including urban design, puts more and more emphasis on research, and it is increasingly pursuing rationality. This paper analyzes the land use development and traffic development in Shenzhen and summarizes its development characteristics. The evaluation index is selected based on the Node-Place model to evaluate land use and traffic coordination in Shenzhen.Through the analysis of the urban spatial structure and function structure of planning arrangements in Shenzhen thirty years' rapid construction, this paper summed up the Shenzhen band group polycentric urban structure and urban high density current situation and trend of development. The analysis of urban traffic situation summarizes the needs of Shenzhen developing public transport, construction of bus and city, and the importance and inevitability of TOD development strategy. The relationship between urban land use and transportation in Shenzhen city was studied quantitatively by using an expanded node-place model. In this way,the land use and traffic coordination of the urban situation are studied and analyzed and discussed in detail.Combining the method of clustering with Node-Place model, the 491 districts of Shenzhen are divided into 5 clusters.According to the clusters, the coordination relations of land use and public transport are analyzed in detail by selecting typical districts in the respect of reasons of Node and Place values, development tendency, and suggestion for further sustainable development.
