Due to the high population density in China,the infrastructure is overwhelmed.The improvement of metro efficiency is an valid way to solve traffic congestion and improve traffic efficiency.It can also bring the appreciation of commercial real estate and residential real estate along the way.In the old town area of most cities,the rail transit is compensatory construction.The process of urban land renewal is also affected by social economy and cultures.It makes it difficult to form the traditional"TOD" mode in the land use mode near the station.And the metro station in the historical district has become the most intensified area of this contradiction.On the one hand,there is a contradiction between the layout of the narrow street and the integration of the metro station area.On the other hand,the attraction of the historical district and the gathering force of the metro station can interact and win together.In this context,through the establishment of the historical district of the node-place model in Tianjin an example,this essay aims to explore the fitness of traffic utilization and land function,proposed promotion strategy to protect the sustainable and healthy development of the station area.First of all,by combing the basic theory of node-place model,this paper provides a quantitative research method for horizontal study of historical district sites,then summarizes the characteristics of land renewal and traffic planning research in historical district,and provides the theoretical basis for model construction.Secondly,through establishing Tianjin metro line segment model,this paper compares the historical district station with the ordinary one,further analysis of historical street site characteristics.Then this paper establishes the node-place model of the historical district site based on that the node value is focused on the attributes of the rail transit,and the value of the place is more focused on the characteristics of the historical district.Statistical analysis of the data using the statistical method will be divided into high sites,high nodes,place nodes and three models of mutual accommodation,summing up the historical sites of the node-place relationship between the factors.Finally,the paper puts forward the principle of site optimization,puts forward the strategy of raising the value of the node and the place respectively,and propose the management strategy to the station area.Through the case study of Jinwan Square Station,this paper combine the status quo analysis with the model data,putting forward the measures to enhance the surrounding vitality of the site.
