| As a carrier and an important supporting system for the development of state-level new districts,the coordinated interaction between land use and transportation development is an important prerequisite for the healthy development of the new district and the continuous improvement of the regional economic and social level.The continuous coordinated development of the two systems through mutual feedback effects is also the key to realizing the comprehensive benefits of land use from the root and alleviating the existing urban traffic problems.Since the establishment of the state-level new districts,great changes have taken place in the economic and social structure,land use methods,and transportation development levels.At present,most state-level new districts are in a stage of vigorous development.The demand for land in urbanization construction will continue to increase the pressure on the supply of land resources.The expansion of land use also puts forward new requirements for transportation development,but land resources are limited,and the input-output ratio of construction funds needs to be improved.The sustainable development of state-level new districts is facing greater challenges.In this context,it is of practical significance to study the coordinated development of land use and transportation in state-level new districts from the perspective of land use benefits and transportation development levels.Through the analysis of the research background,this thesis clarified the importance of land use efficiency and transportation development level to the construction and development of state-level new areas.After reviewing and analyzing the research content,methods and research progress in the related fields of land use and transportation development,further analyze the coupling and coordination basis of land use benefits and transportation development level,and clarify the coupling mechanism and coupling research ideas.With reference to existing research results at home and abroad,land use benefits are measured from three perspectives: economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological benefits.The scale of transportation construction,transportation capacity,and transportation development potential reflect the level of transportation development.Coupling and coordination evaluation index system for transportation development level.Two state-level new districts,Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area,with relatively long construction and development time,are selected as the research objects to measure the coupling and coordination of land use benefits and transportation development levels in their development process,combining the development and construction background of the new district.Divide the development stages of land use benefit and transportation development level,and analyze the development characteristics of the two systems at each stage.Then,referring to the judgment criteria of the coupling evaluation results,the phases and types of the coupling and coordinated development of the two new areas are divided,and it is concluded that the coupled and coordinated development of land use efficiency and transportation development level in Pudong New Area has experienced severe imbalance,intermediate imbalance,basic coordination,intermediate coordination and good There are five stages of coordination,and the current situation of coupling and coordination between the two systems is relatively good.After the coupled and coordinated development of land use efficiency and transportation development level in Binhai New Area has experienced severe imbalance,intermediate imbalance,and basic coordination,the current coupled development of the two systems is in the intermediate coordination stage,and there is a large space for coupled and coordinated development.After that,combined with the development and construction background of the new district and the measurement of the coupling and coordination of the two systems,the problems and influencing factors in the coupling and coordination of land use benefits and transportation development levels are analyzed,and economic factors,demographic factors,planning guidance,policy factors,and important factors are proposed.Event promotion is closely related to the degree of coupling and coordination between radiation and the two systems.Finally,it puts forward suggestions on the coupling and coordination improvement of the land use efficiency and transportation development level of the two new districts,in order to promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems,and also provide reference for other statelevel new districts under development and construction. |
