Reconstruction Of Urban,mining And Rural Residential Space Of Fengfeng Mining In Handan

The development of resource-based cities has obvious positive correlation with the exploitation of resources,under the background of coal mine development,environmental protection and transformation of resource type cities,the development of resource-based cities is facing new problems and contradictions,which is a challenge and an opportunity.Fengfeng mining area is located in the south of Hebei province.It is a municipal district of Handan in mature resource-based city.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the residential space in the middle and mineral areas of Fengfeng mining area has begun to appear,and the three yuan structural system is presented in the city,mining area and rural area.In the course of the succession of the resource type industrial structure,the resources of some mining areas are exhausted,closed or reduced,and the new industrial types are gradually rising,and at the same time in the national policy.With the requirements of environmental protection,the structural system of residential space has changed,which causes the contradiction of urban,mining and rural residential space,and the reconstruction of urban,mining and rural residential space structure is becoming more and more urgent.This paper first put forward the necessity of the study of urban,mining and rural residential space reconstruction in the city of Fengfeng mining in Handan,and analyzed the domestic and foreign theoretical research related to this article,and summarized the Enlightenment of the theoretical research at home and abroad,which is a certain reference for this article.Secondly,through the research on the present situation of the development of urban,mining and rural in Fengfeng mining area of Handan City,the population characteristics of urban,mining and rural,the present situation of the residential space layout of urban,mining and rural,this paper summarized the problems of the living space of the urban,mining and rural in Fengfeng mining.It is found that the population urbanization in Fengfeng mining area is high and the distribution of population density is uneven.In addition,the existing problems include: the triad structure is obvious in the city,the residential space of the urban,mining and rural is scattered and the land use is not intensive,the urban,mining and rural residential space environment is poor,the quality of the residential space in the central urban area has regional differences,the residential space of the outskirts resource exhausted mining areas and the rural residential space are obviously hollow.Thirdly,according to the development stage of coal resources in Fengfeng mining area,the evolution process of the residential space in Fengfeng mining area is divided into three stages of germination period,growth period and mature period.The paper studied the evolution of the urban,mining and rural residential space in the germination period,the growth period and the mature period of the Fengfeng mining in Handan,the influence factors of the residential space evolution of urban,mining and rural in each stage are analyzed.According to the size and interaction of the influencing factors,the mechanism of the evolution of the residential space in the city is produced,including dynamic mechanism,supporting mechanism and restrictive mechanism,at different stages of development,the mechanism of action is different.The characteristics of the residential space evolution of the urban,mining and rural in Fengfeng mining area are as follows:(1)the decisive characteristics of the development of mineral resources to the residential space development of the urban,mining and rural;(2)the characteristics of the residential space integration development of the urban,mining and rural;(3)the triad structure of the residential space of the urban,mining and rural is becoming increasingly obvious;(4)the residential space of the urban,mining and rural is gradually separated from the employment space;(5)the external expansion speed of residential area in urban,mining and rural is much higher than that of internal renewal;(6)The process of residential space in urban,mining and rural: slow development-common expansion-the other way around.Then,this paper analyzed the changing trend of urban,mining and rural residential space in Fengfeng mining area under the influence of the action mechanism,and then summarized the overall development trend of the urban,mining and rural residential space in the city,and studied the layout pattern of the urban,mining and rural residential space and the development trend of the layout of the land,and provides the basis for the reconstruction of the urban,mining and rural residential space in the Fengfeng mining.Then,this paper discussed the reconstruction pattern of the residential space layout of urban,mining and rural in Fengfeng mining area.The layout reconstruction model is a hierarchical centralized and intensive model,and the land replacement reconfiguration model is proposed,including the conversion of residential land to industrial land,industrial land conversion to residential land,residential land conversion to commercial land,the conversion of residential land to public service facilities,residential land is converted into residential land,residential land into non construction land and non construction land converted into residential land.The article attempts to reconstruct the living space system of Fengshan mining area,which is to transform the urban,mining and rural living space from the single center structure to the multi center structure.The "central city-township" residential center system is rebuilt into the residential center system of "central city-township-mining area community(central village)".Furthermore,the overall layout of urban,mining and rural residential space in Fengfeng mining area is reconstructed.In addition,the reconstruction strategy of residential area in Fengfeng mining area is put forward.Based on the reconstruction of the urban,mining and rural residential space system in Fengfeng mining area,under the guidance of the reconstruction model and reconstruction strategy,the representative areas are selected in the urban,mining and rural residential space in Fengfeng mining,and the concrete control of the residential space of the urban,mining and rural is carried out.At the end of the paper,the conclusions of the study are summarized,and the deficiencies and prospects of the research are put forward,so as to provide reference for the development of the residential space of other resource-based cities.
