Research On Industrial Heritage Protection And Reuse Strategy In Fengfeng Mining Area

China is undergoing urban industrial transformation.Some prosperous industrial plants in the past are declining and facing the fate of relocation or shutdown.These industrial plants have witnessed the development process of the city and are the material carrier of industrial spirit and culture.Under this background,how to treat and use industrial plants has become an urgent problem for the city.This paper takes the industrial heritage of Fengfeng mining area in Handan City as the research object.Fengfeng mining area in Handan city is a typical resource-based urban area,with a large number of porcelain clay,coal and other mineral resources.The industrial development of Fengfeng mining area is strongly supported by "one black and one white",in which "one black" is the coal industry and "one white" is the ceramic industry.In the last century,these two industries have made great contributions to the urban construction and economic development of Fengfeng mining area.In recent years,due to the depletion of mineral resources and the deterioration of ecological environment,they have left a large number of abandoned industrial heritage.Now its reasonable protection and reuse can promote the economic development of the region and even the whole city and inject new vitality into urban development.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,field visit and industrial heritage value evaluation to analyze and explore the direction and strategy of industrial heritage protection and reuse in Fengfeng mining area.Firstly,by analyzing the relevant research situation of industrial heritage at home and abroad and comparing the successful practical cases at home and abroad,find out its reference significance for the reuse of industrial heritage in Fengfeng mining area;Secondly,it investigates the current situation of industrial heritage in Fengfeng mining area,combs its industrial heritage classification,analyzes its current situation characteristics,establishes a value evaluation system suitable for the industrial heritage in Fengfeng mining area,evaluates its comprehensive value,and finds out the difficulties faced by protection and reuse at present;Then it studies and analyzes the reuse transformation model of industrial heritage in Fengfeng mining area.On this basis,the overall objectives,basic principles and overall strategies for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Fengfeng mining area are put forward.Finally,this paper selects the former site of tonger mine in Fengfeng mining area as a practical application case.After taking the methods of on-site investigation,questionnaire survey and heritage value evaluation,this paper discusses the specific strategies for the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage of the former site of tonger mine,through the adjustment of its traffic organization system,the division of functional areas,the restoration of landscape ecology,the utilization of the external space of the building After a series of transformation measures such as the construction of tourist routes and the construction of place spirit,the deserted old site of tonger mine will be revitalized and built into a comprehensive park integrating industrial tourism and serving the surrounding residents.Through the research on the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Fengfeng mining area,we hope to provide useful reference experience for the renewal and transformation of industrial heritage in the same type of mining industry.
