| At present,the research on resource exhausted cities and towns in China is still in its infancy.A large number of research conclusions only rely on scholars’ own knowledge and subjective judgment,and lack of systematic data analysis on different history,culture and characteristics.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial transformation,this paper actively helps the local government to determine the local future transformation direction with more in-depth analysis and quantitative calculation.The advantage of industrial transformation is that its design is based on history and culture,and the introduction of appropriate quantitative analysis can more effectively and accurately locate the local,problems to be solved and more reasonable design.If the industrial transformation is not designed according to the local historical and cultural regional characteristics and economic foundation,it will cause difficulties in transformation.Through the secondary renewal design of the industrial transformation of the local abandoned mining area,taking the aging problem of the local population and the land environmental pollution in the mining area highlighted in the questionnaire survey of local residents as the integration core,and taking the vegetable and fruit planting industry built by the government as the main body,the design direction is to adapt to the aging design,retain the industrial memory,repair the land pollution and promote the planting of characteristic fruits and vegetables,Jointly contribute to the industrial transformation of Lvzhi town.Through the design,Lvzhi town can attract young people to return home to start businesses and enable the elderly to enjoy better leisure activities.On the basis of ensuring the quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,the post design is carried out,the corresponding index quantitative evaluation is completed by using GIS technology,the analytic hierarchy process and land use algorithm are introduced as the landscape comprehensive evaluation method of the mining area,and the reliability is tested in combination with the clonbach coefficient to fully ensure that the local design is reasonable and searchable.According to the actual research,a large number of successful cases of industrial transformation are excellent transformati on based on ensuring the continuity of local economy and cultural context.This paper is divided into five chapters to study the problem.Chapter 1expounds the significance of industrial transformation based on the overview of local and some concepts.Chapter 2 mainly understands the local problems through literature review and local specific information analysis.Chapter 3 analyzes the existing local deficiencies from the perspective of demand,and analyzes the elements from three perspectives: macro,meso and micro.Chapter 4 summarizes the analysis methods,and Chapter 5 applies the methods summarized above to practical creation,summarizes the deficiencies in creation,absorbs experience,and provides ideas and design guidance for future industrial transformation. |
