| With the development of the urbanization and construction of cities,the population of the central city experiences a sharp rise and the land resource encounters scarcity.Early planning failed to effectively predict the status of the development of the city,consequently,the center region has become the victim of traffic jam,space congestion,deterioration of environment and etc.The development of underground space helps to expand the capacity of the city and increase the efficiency of the land use.Also,it serves as an effective way to deal with all the problems in the urban central area.However,the underground space in the urban central area has been lack of unified planning,resulting in a totally different situation between underground and above ground: the ground floor space is extremely congested,and the underground space efficiency is low.The use of underground space in the central area of the city has not been better to alleviate the current problems of the urban central area.Indicating that it is so hard to further develop the ground space,effectively organizing the underground space seems to be an effective way to understand the current situation of the urban central area and conform to the trend of the times.Public space is the city space in the most close to the people’s living space,can rely on people’s behavior and other underground circulation function space,is an important direction for optimization of underground space in the city center area and core orientation.This paper puts forward to the important direction of the public space orientation,use the public space to connects the independent underground space,to optimize the underground space in the central area of the city.So we can also improve the efficiency of the use of underground space,so as to optimize the city center the quality,to meet people’s needs better life.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part of the paper demonstrates the background and the research of the present situation,which corresponds to the first,second chapter of the article.Those chapters contain the current problem and future developments of the areas in the city center and the underground space in the downtown,the inevitability and necessity of public space guidance,and the underground space in city center district construction.It puts forward the strategy of "underground space in City Center District public space guiding optimization".The second part of the thesis is based on analysis of the public space and underground space case research,corresponding to the third,fourth chapter.from the spatial entity and behavior research,the effect of the use of public space element is analyzed and studied,and in Shanghai,Wujiaochang Nanjing,Xinjiekou,Chongqing Sanxia Square three places are investigated and analyzed based on elements.The third part of the thesis is strategy research,which corresponds to the fifth chapter of the article.The construction mode of the underground space in the urban central area and the publicness optimization of key areas of underground space were determined.The optimization includes accessibility to path space,openness of node space and participatory of internal space.Combined with the actual case of Chongqing Three Gorges Square,it puts forward specific direction optimization of underground space.The fourth part of the paper is the conclusion and the prospect. |
