| With development of urbanization,the population continues to gather in the city,and the core area with a high concentration of commercial,transportation and cultural resources is gradually formed in the city,which is also called urban high-density area.Using underground space is considered to be one of the important ways to solve the problems,such as space congestion,traffic jams,and environmental degradation,which caused by the characteristics of high development intensity,high construction density and dense crowds of urban high-density.However,the early isolated and fragmented exploitation of underground space not only led to the lack of connection between underground spaces,which results in a waste of underground space resources,but also greatly affected the value and vitality of underground space,further restricted the development of high-density urban areas.sustainable development severely.In this paper,the research on the optimization design strategy of underground public connected space in urban high-density areas attempts to systematically study and analyze the relevant practices and theories related to the connection and integration of independent and dispersed underground spaces in urban high-density areas,and summarize the optimization strategies of underground public connected spaces.The construction of the connected space development model realizes the interconnection of regional underground space,integrates regional underground space resources,and fully enhances the value and vitality of regional underground space.The paper takes the underground space and its connected space in urban high-density area as the research object,takes the theory of integrated design of urban underground space as theoretical basis.Follow the research idea of "putting forward the problem--analyzing the problem--solving the problem".Comprehensive use of literature research method,field survey method,case comparative study method and simulation experiment method etc.On the basis of systematically sorting out the development of underground space and the related theories of underground space connectivity and integration,the paper mainly sorts out and summarizes in detail the components of underground public connected space,the connecting form of underground space,the restricting factors of underground public connected space and the form and layout of underground public connected space.Through space syntax analysis and field research of the completed typical cases,the characteristics,problems and practical needs of the underground public connected space of the typical cases are summarized,and based on this,the optimal design strategy of the underground public connected space is proposed.Finally,taking Pengcheng Square area of Xuzhou as an example,the empirical design research is carried out,and the corresponding design strategy of underground public connected space is proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)By means of literature summary,found that the existing research mainly concentrated in a single block of underground space planning and design,the disadvantages of existing research mostly proposed lack of connectivity and connected space to achieve regional underground space resource integration,promote the importance of underground space value and vitality.There is a lack of systematic research on the underground space system at the specific regional level.(2)Based on the analysis and summary of the morphological characteristics of underground public connected space,there are three types of underground public connected space: radial type,axis type and compound type.Combined with the simulation analysis and field investigation of the representative cases of the three types,the characteristics and existing problems of underground public connected space with different configuration configurations are summarized.In order to cope with the shortcomings of the underground public connected space,four design principles of suitability,foresight,systematicness and humanization were proposed,and specific optimization strategies were put forward from the perspectives of the integrity,accessibility and comfort of the underground public connected space.(3)Taking the underground space of Pengcheng Plaza in Xuzhou as an example,the SWOT analysis summarizes the promotion and restriction factors of underground space connectivity in this area.Combined with the questionnaire survey,it is found that the Pengcheng Plaza area has a demand for underground space connectivity.Taking Pengcheng Square as the center,a research on the design of underground public connected space is carried out.The results show that the connected underground public space have a positive effect on realizing the connection and integration of regional underground space,reflecting the location,transportation and cultural advantages of Pengcheng Square,and improve the value of regional underground space,vitality and environmental quality. |
