Research On The Development And Planning Of Underground Space In The Central Urban Area Of Shenyang

The development and utilization of underground space has a long history,and underground space has become an important public space resource in global cities.The development and construction of underground space in China started a little later than the western countries,but it developed rapidly.At the same time,a series of problems have appeared,such as the development and utilization of underground space can not be well combined with the actual urban development,and the underground space planning system is not perfect.With the gradual construction of land and space planning system,it is necessary to re-recognize the resource value and future development strategy of urban underground space in order to meet the requirements of the times of strong control of land and space resources and high-quality human settlements construction.This paper selects the central city of Shenyang as the research object.Shenyang is the capital of Liaoning Province,an important regional node city in Northeast Asia,and one of the main equipment manufacturing bases in China.Shenyang is one of the earliest cities to carry out systematic underground space planning in China,with abundant achievements of underground space planning at all levels,complete elements of underground facilities,and many typical and representative practical cases.The research results of this topic have theoretical and practical significance for the same level cities in China.This topic is divided into three stages.In the stage of basic research,t he methods and concepts of underground space planning at home and abroad are summarized,and typical cities are selected for planning and engineering practice case studies to learn the basic methods of underground space resource assessment and demand forecasting.In the stage of comprehensive evaluation of underground space,the central urban area of Shenyang was evaluated from two aspects: the investigation of the current construction situation and the land resources.In the stage of proposing strategies,the matching degree between the quality of underground space resources and urban demand is studied based on the evaluation conclusion,and the future spatial pattern of underground space and the overall optimization strategy of planning system in Shenyang are further proposed.This research draws four main conclusions,specifically: Shenyang city center underground space development and construction status scale and characteristics,underground space resources spatial distribution and quality,underground s pace demand increment and underground space resources and demand matching.In terms of spatial pattern,optimization suggestions are put forward for the old city center,high-quality underground space resource concentration area and rail transit station integration area.In the aspect of planning system,it is proposed to build a distinctive regulation and policy system,a hierarchical transmission of the preparation and approval system,a coordinated and unified technical standard system and a rigid and elastic implementation supervision system,in order to provide reference for the future planning of underground space and the legalization process of underground space rights in China.
