Research On Energy Network Governance Strategies From Perspective Of China's Participation In Global Energy Governance

The problem of energy governance is complex,and the solution to global energy problems requires the flexibility,innovation,openness and diversity of governance.Actors from global need to work together to establish a governance network for energy policy on the platform of global dialogue.As a major emerging energy country,China has gradually enhanced its position and role in the global energy governance pattern in the process of actively participating in various international energy dialogue mechanisms.It is necessary to explore the path of China's participation in energy governance,so as to safeguard own energy interests and promote the healthy development of the international energy system.This paper will do an exploration from the idea of ‘who governed the energy problem' to ‘how to achieve better governance path',and it concerns from the developed energy consumer,energy exporting countries turn to increasingly developing emerging energy country.Based on the perspective of China's participation in energy governance and basis of network governance and energy governance,this paper analyses the present situation and existing problems of China's energy governance.It tries to build a network model of energy governance from the network structure and network operation aspects,and put forward China's energy governance strategies from three aspects of network relation,network management and network evaluation.The key goal of this paper is building energy governance network model from the starting point of energy development needs.This paper tries to apply the model of network governance to find innovative development path for China's energy governance,so as to enhance the practical significance of network governance in China's energy development.However,it is undeniable that this model is still in the preliminary stage of exploration,and the analysis of the article is insufficient and defective,it needs to continue to work in the future study and study.
