Research And Design Of Prefabricated Reconstruction Of Beiqijia House

Slowed in urbanization process,a larger market share is occupied by the renovation projects.And after a long dismal period,prefabricated construction market warms up in recent years.Based on the two factors above,the exploration and practice of prefabricated construction method in the application of the renovation project become reasonable,in response to restricted conditions,such as low cost,short time limit and the construction of a space narrow in renovation projects,at the same time,saving more energy,improving the efficiency of construction.Through practical research in Beiqijia House reconstruction project,the process of prefabricated construction method is explored in this article.And by studying cases and analyzing specific conditions,the reconstruction plan is designed,the construction is analyzed and the modules of the project are divided in this paper.The practical study of prefabricated construction is divided into three parts,including the modular prefabrication of reconstruction project,the analysis and study of the key nodes which influence the benefits of the project,and the investigation of the main materials.Firstly,during the research of the modular prefabrication,different function components are integrated into multiclass modules,in order to realize functions of the whole building.Secondly,with the proposal deepened,some nodes are selected to be studied,covering all aspects and parts of the reconstruction project.Finally,survey of the main materials is a very significant step before prefabrication and construction.Through the research and comparison of the materials,the prefabricated reconstruction can be more comprehensively controlled.In conclusion,prefabrication and reconstruction are combined in this project.The process of the pre-design consultation is practiced and studied in this paper.To find out and solve potential problems,the construction is analyzed,the modular prefabrication is explored,the key nodes are researched and the main materials are investigated.All of that will provide reference to further research of prefabricated reconstruction.
