With the pace of industrialization in China speeding up,the role of BIM building information model in industrial construction is increasingly obvious.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of computer performance,the application of BIM 3D modeling technology is more and more extensive,and is playing an increasingly important role in the construction field.In recent years,China has vigorously popularized the assembly architecture.The assembly architecture can overcome the disadvantages of long period of construction,low production efficiency and low engineering quality and safety.It is a new type of environmental protection and efficient construction mode.The prefabricated assembly rate is the main evaluation standard for assembly architecture.The BIM application framework and method of precast assembly rate calculation in the assembly concrete structure is of great value.It is an important part of the research of the BIM expanding application of the assembly building in new building industrialization.In this paper,the calculation method of precast assembly rate of assembled concrete structure is studied,and the essence of calculation of precast assembly rate is information extraction and calculation for the component level of assembly building.The theoretical basis of assembly building evaluation is the idea of building component theory,which takes the assembly building components as the basic unit,inputs various data according to the requirements of the production and assembly operation management of the various components of the building.It is used for the statistical calculation of the assembly building components,and the information collection and input,material and engineering quantity statistics of the building components of the BIM system.Construction,operation and maintenance,and information management of life cycle are of great significance.Based on the classification system of assembled building components,a classification and coding system for building components is proposed in this paper.Based on the assembly architecture component classification system,the independent coding and identification of different types of building components will be needed after the classification of assembly building components.According to the regulations and principles of calculation of precast assembly rate of fabricated buildings in Jiangsu province,the automatic information statistics of the assembly building components and the calculation of the precast assembly rate based on BIM are realized to avoid cumbersome and unavoidable errors in manual calculation,realize automatic and scientific calculation.This research chooses Autodesk Revit as the main BIM modeling software platform,and studies the characteristics of Revit platform and the related contents of the application development of Revit.The principle of the function of Revit API and how to use the C# programming language to develop the BIM function through the Revit API development of Revit platform are explored.It lays a solid foundation for the next programming to study the application of the calculation function of the assembly building precast assembly rate on Revit.Based on the classification system of assembled building components and the building components coding system,the rules of building modeling of assembled concrete structures based on BIM are put forward.According to the modeling rules,the BIM model of assembled concrete structure is established,and the BIM application is based on the coding of building components for automatic classification and identification of components of the assembly building,and then the volume information or the area information of the BIM building components model is automatically extracted and calculated.Thus,the frame of automatic calculation and application of precast assembly rate of assembled concrete structure building is realized and a preliminary calculation method is established. |
