Prefabricated construction has always been a hot spot in the development of the construction industry.Compared with traditional construction,it has the advantages of saving manpower and time,reducing environmental pollution and reducing construction waste.It is an inevitable way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in China.As the development of the prefabricated construction in China is still in its infancy,as the key link of the construction,there are some problems such as immature technology and poor management,which make the construction quality of the prefabricated construction in our country difficult to control.The contractor plays a leading role in controlling the quality of the construction site,but the lack of knowledge and management experience of the prefabricated construction leads to the more significant risk of the construction quality of the prefabricated construction.Therefore,based on the Contractor's perspective,this paper studies the key risk factors of the construction quality of the prefabricated construction.Firstly,this paper defines the prefabricated construction and related concepts,and compares the differences between the traditional cast-in-place building and the prefabricated construction in terms of production mode.Combined with the risk and risk management theory,this paper analyzes the common methods of risk factors identification and analysis,and selects the identification and analysis methods of risk factors suitable for this study.Then,based on the literature research method,the paper identifies 46 risk factors that affect the construction quality of the prefabricated construction,and revises 25 risk factors through expert interview method,and combines the literature research and expert opinion to classify the 25 risk factors into 6 categories and establish the list of the risk factors of the construction quality of the prefabricated construction.Based on the basic introduction of risk,risk management theory and structural equation model,this paper constructs the structural equation theory model of the risk factors of the prefabricated construction quality,and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Secondly,A questionnaire survey was conducted among the participants in the study of prefabricated construction or those involved in prefabricated construction.the reliability and validity of the collected sample data are tested.The AMOS23.0 software is used to fit,evaluate and modify the data of structural equations.The optimal model is obtained and the final output results are obtained.The 6 hypotheses are all verified.Through the analysis of the results of the model,the impact value of each risk factor on the construction quality of the prefabricated construction is obtained.The risk factors are classified and ordered according to the theory,and the first level risk factors are considered as the key risk factors in this study.Finally,according to the analysis of the structural equation model,5 key risk factors are obtained: the unreasonable site storage and protection of the components,the unreasonable structure of the component hoisting organization,the poor connection of the component installation nodes,the construction managers lack the practice and experience of the prefabricated construction management,and the defects of the component quality.This paper puts forward corresponding risk response strategies from multiple perspectives.
