Currently,our country is in the critical period of supply-side structural reform under the new normal of economic development.Under a comprehensive and complex social environment,such as the aging of population,the birth rate and continued to decline,energy saving and emission reduction,the promotion of green building and carbon neutral gradually become a trend,The original economic development model of relying on demographic dividend,extensive,inefficient energy and pollution before treatment can no longer meet the needs of The Times.Although the construction industry,as the pillar of the national economy,has developed rapidly for 20 years,the majority of construction methods still generally adopt the traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete.As a result,many problems such as backward production mode,low labor productivity,poor technology integration ability,disordered qualification management,excess capacity,large resource consumption,environmental pollution and so on have become increasingly prominent.Under the above background,prefabricated buildings have obvious advantages compared with traditional construction because of the characteristics of fast construction speed,less pollution,high resource utilization rate,systematic design,industrial production of components and professional installation.However,according to incomplete statistics,in addition to the safety risk,the construction quality risk of prefabricated buildings takes a large proportion in the construction process,but it has not been fully paid attention to by the managers.Based on this,the paper studies the quality risk in the process of prefabricated building construction,and tries to put forward a set of prefabricated building construction quality risk index system and the corresponding quality risk control strategy and safeguard measures,so as to make a modest contribution to the evaluation of the prefabricated building construction quality risk factors and quality risk control.According to the research framework of the paper,its main contents are as follows:First,it combs the literature and research background with important research value to reveal the research object and content of the paper,and expounds the concepts and theoretical basis that are important to the relevant research of the paper;Secondly,through analysis and comparison,the list of prefabricated building construction quality risk factors is preliminarily identified and screened by literature research and expert interview.In order to make the evaluation indicators more scientific,objective and comprehensive,questionnaire survey,reliability and validity test and exploratory factor method are further adopted to reduce the dimension of the list of risk factors.The final prefabricated building construction quality risk factor index list was summarized and the corresponding risk factor evaluation index system was established.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,which is consistent with the paper,is used to calculate the weight value of the prefabricated building construction quality risk factor index combined with the expert interview method.Secondly,in order to further verify the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation index of influencing factors and better apply the theoretical research into practice,the prefabricated building project of Shenzhen A is taken as an empirical study case,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is scientific and suitable for the paper research is adopted to establish the construction quality risk factor evaluation model.Combined with the obtained weight calculation value,The fuzzy evaluation of construction quality risk is carried out on the empirical case,and the empirical evaluation analysis is carried out on the evaluation results.Finally,according to the above comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and result analysis,put forward the countermeasures and safeguard measures to solve the construction quality risk of prefabricated buildings.The main research value of this paper is to establish a set of prefabricated building construction quality risk factor index system and evaluation model,and put forward the construction quality risk countermeasures and safeguard measures suggestions,to a certain extent for similar prefabricated building construction quality risk factor evaluation and risk control has a certain reference value.
