With the high-quality development of housing and urban and rural construction in China,prefabricated building have been widely promoted and applied in urban and rural construction.The construction and operation management of prefabricated building industry alliance is crucial,which is related to the level of green and low-carbon development of prefabricated building industry and the completion of dual carbon goals in the field of urban and rural construction.However,the number of prefabricated building industry alliances in China is relatively small,facing problems such as unclear construction motivation,unscientific construction process,incomplete operation management,and unscientific performance evaluation indicators.The operation safety and stability of the alliance need to be strengthened.Therefore,according to the logical framework of "construction motivation-construction process-operation management-performance evaluation",this paper studies the construction and operation management of prefabricated building industry alliance through literature research,field research,expert consultation,mathematical modeling and numerical simulation methods,with a view to providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction and operation management of prefabricated building industry alliance.The main research content is as follows:(1)Through empirical research,this paper studies the construction motivation of prefabricated building industry alliance.The independent variables include prefabricated building policies and regulations,prefabricated building market demand,and prefabricated building technology progress.The intermediary variables include two variables,resource sharing and cost reduction.The dependent variable is the construction motivation model of prefabricated building industry alliance and puts forward relevant assumptions.On this basis,the questionnaire survey was carried out,and the structural equation model was used to conduct an empirical study on the construction motivation of prefabricated building industry alliance.(2)The construction process of prefabricated building industry alliance is scientifically analyzed.On the one hand,according to the characteristics of prefabricated building industry alliance,the evaluation index system of prefabricated building industry alliance partners is constructed,and the partner selection model of prefabricated building industry alliance based on "entropy weight TOPSIS" is constructed,and a case study is carried out.On the other hand,from the perspectives of prefabricated building industry alliance and construction unit satisfaction,the benefits of prefabricated building industry alliance are distributed,and the benefit distribution model is verified.(3)The connotation of operation management of prefabricated building industry alliance is expounded in depth.The incentive model of assembly construction industry alliance under competitive situations and cooperative situations is constructed,and the impact of each parameter on the proportion of research institutions’ income and the degree of research institutions’ efforts to achieve the goal of prefabricated building industry alliance under the two conditions is analyzed.This paper analyzes the knowledge sharing among members of prefabricated building industry alliance from the perspective of dynamic evolution,and analyzes the impact of the cost coefficient,reward coefficient,punishment coefficient,and additional benefit coefficient of knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing.This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risks borne by the members of prefabricated building industry alliance,and puts forward targeted risk control measures for prefabricated building industry alliance according to the evaluation results.(4)The method of performance evaluation of prefabricated building industry alliance is expanded and optimized.This paper analyzes the performance connotation and evaluation ideas of prefabricated building industry alliance,and establishes the performance evaluation index system of prefabricated building industry alliance.The evaluation method is based on the combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and data envelopment analysis(DEA),and is verified with the example of prefabricated building industry alliance.The main innovations of the paper are reflected in the following aspects:(1)Based on SEM model,this paper empirically studies the construction motivation of prefabricated building industry alliance,which provides a new perspective for the study of the construction motivation of prefabricated building industry alliance.In the past,most scholars focused on obtaining complementary resources,technological learning,improving product quality,reducing business risks,and increasing profits in the research on the motivation of building prefabricated building industry alliance.This study uses structural equation model to demonstrate that prefabricated building policy,prefabricated building market demand,prefabricated building technology progress,resource sharing,and cost reduction are the construction drivers of prefabricated building industry alliance.This innovative achievement provides a new perspective for the study of prefabricated building industry alliance construction drivers.(2)Based on "Entropy Weight-TOPSIS",a decision-making model for partner selection of prefabricated building industry alliance is constructed,which provides theoretical and practical support for partner selection decision-making of prefabricated building industry alliance.Previous studies on partner selection of prefabricated building industry alliance were mainly based on the compatibility,complementarity,ability,etc.of alliance partners.This study established an evaluation index system of alliance partners composed of compatibility index,innovation ability index,achievement transformation ability index,coordination index,complementarity index,and social index,and proposed a partner selection model of prefabricated building industry alliance based on "entropy weight TOPSIS",It can objectively analyze one or more prefabricated building industry alliance partners,and provide theoretical and practical support for partner selection decisions of prefabricated building industry alliance.(3)The second improved Shapley value method is used to establish the benefit distribution model of prefabricated building industry alliance,which provides a basis for the benefit distribution of prefabricated building industry alliance.In the past,the research on the benefit distribution of prefabricated building industry alliance mainly made distribution decisions based on the contribution of members.This research establishes the benefit distribution model of prefabricated building industry alliance through the initial distribution model,the initial revision and the second revision steps of Shapley value method,and demonstrates the effectiveness and scientificity of the model through case study.This innovation improves the benefit distribution model of prefabricated building industry alliance,and provides a basis for the benefit distribution of prefabricated building industry alliance.(4)The principal-agent theory is used to study the incentive model of prefabricated building industry alliance,which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of the incentive system of prefabricated building industry alliance.At present,there is little research on the incentive of prefabricated building industry alliance.Based on the principal-agent theory,this paper constructs the incentive model of prefabricated building industry alliance under competitive situations and cooperative situations,and analyzes the sensitivity of key elements.This innovative achievement provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of the incentive system of prefabricated building industry alliance.(5)FAHP-DEA is used to optimize the performance evaluation method of prefabricated building industry alliance,which provides a new idea for the performance evaluation of prefabricated building industry alliance.Previous studies on the performance evaluation of prefabricated building industry alliance mainly evaluated from the perspective of prefabricated building industry alliance output.This research establishes a performance evaluation index system consisting of six aspects,such as stability and the satisfaction of the construction unit,and uses the evaluation method based on the combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and data envelopment analysis(DEA)to evaluate the performance of prefabricated building industry alliance,providing a new idea for the performance evaluation of prefabricated building industry alliance.
