Nowadays,the guarantee housing has become a major livelihood project in this city.Its opening and completion indicators have also become one of the main tasks required in the annual work report of the municipal government.However,due to the difference in the level of project management,the gap between the final and completed progress is even more than a year.At present,there are many researches and applications of project schedule management in the field of engineering construction in China,but they are mainly concentrated in the stage of construction.However,there are few professional progress management research in real estate development enterprises directly involved in the completion and completion stage.This paper intends to analyze opening and completion phase of the project from the theory of project schedule management plan,and discuss the feasibility and superiority of the opening and completion stage progress control in the project,on the basis of its application to engineering practice in CT company,through the use of specific project examples,analyzing the positive effects evaluation of schedule management the theory,in the stage of completion of affordable housing.First of all,this paper introduces the basic theory of project schedule management and the basic principles of project schedule management,and introduces the theoretical basis of Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)in detail,and summarizes and compares the advantages of adopting CCPM management mode.Then,respectively,progress management status from CT company as a real estate development enterprises and relevant government policy to promote the angle of affordable housing,the completion of phase and its limitations,and by using the method of questionnaire investigation,the main factors of schedule management were analyzed.Then,based on WBS's detailed decomposition and sorting of all the work tasks of CT's affordable housing project at the stage of completion and completion,we find out the critical chain and use CCPM method to optimize the project schedule.At the same time,we should clarify the corresponding progress management mode,establish the responsibility distribution matrix,and put forward effective management measures in the process of schedule control according to the main influencing factors of schedule management.Finally,based on the empirical research of CT's affordable housing development project,we try out the project schedule management plan,and track its application,application effect and evaluation.It verifies the effectiveness of this progress management plan for CT company's affordable housing development and completion schedule index control,thereby improving the enterprise's progress management level.
