| PCB industry,as one of the old electronic production areas,is still very promising.In recent years,many new investment PCB factories in China have begun to build new projects.With the commissioning of these projects,more economic benefits can be brought to bear.However,the project unit wants the construction unit to compress the construction period of the project,and the construction unit itself hopes to shorten the construction period as much as possible for the consideration of the cost.But the nature of the project itself determines the uncertainty in the process of design,procurement and implementation,which directly affects the final progress of the project.Therefore,the construction project units and construction units can effectively control the progress of the construction by establishing scientific and reasonable construction progress plans.The key of a successful project is whether it can deliver the project in a safe and timely manner.Effective project schedule management method is the basis for the construction unit to ensure the implementation of the project schedule.This paper first introduces the research status of project progress management at home and abroad,and then takes the A company’s base plate factory extension construction project as the research object,analyzes the specific situation of the project,and establishes the organization structure of the project department.According to modern management theory,we should reasonably allocate responsibilities.The characteristics and risks of the project are systematically analyzed.Through the formulation of milestone plan,process structure decomposition,process logic relationship analysis and time estimation,the scheduling is optimized by means of time adjustment,cost optimization,resource balance and so on.Then the main control methods and principles used in the specific process control are discussed.This paper introduces the principle of dynamic control and the application of weighted value progress dynamic control method in project schedule management.And how to achieve progress control.Use dynamic progress control to correct and correct timely deviations in the process.Finally,the actual progress control measures are summarized. |
