| The livable city is a process that the level of urban development has entered into a certain stage.It is produced with the gradual development and evolution of the city.Its concept is being widely used and deeply studied.As a basis for the development of livable cities,livability requires not only the diversification and sustainability of the city in economic,social,cultural,transportation and ecological environment,but also the comfort,convenience and happiness of the residents in the city.At present,our country has more research and research achievements on the basic concept and evaluation of urban livability.However,the research object is mainly concentrated in the coastal cities with better economic development,environment friendly,convenient transportation and other basic conditions.There are few studies on the livability of the cities in the western region,and how to realize the western region city.The scientific and rational construction of livability in the city is very important.Therefore,from the two aspects of the city’s regional characteristics and economic structure transformation and development,the article evaluates the livability construction of Dongsheng District in Ordos City,finds out the influencing factors of the urban livability construction and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.The article first introduces the research background,basic concepts,basic features and the connotation of livable city by combining relevant theoretical basis and learning from domestic and foreign scholars on urban livability construction,summarizes the development process of urban livability and livability evaluation index system,and analyses the livable cities at home and abroad.The experience and Enlightenment of the construction.Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,through the systematic combing of the existing livable city evaluation system,and combining the actual situation of the livability construction in Dongsheng District of Erdos City,from the dimension of urban security,the dimension of convenience of life,the pleasant dimension of the environment,the convenient dimension of traffic,and the following.The urban livability evaluation index system of Dongsheng District of Ordos City is constructed and evaluated in six aspects of economic construction dimension and social harmony dimension.The evaluation includes four steps: objective evaluation,subjective evaluation,comprehensive evaluation and result analysis.Among them,the objective evaluation index system based on the regional characteristics of Dongsheng and the status of urban livability construction includes 36 evaluation indexes,and the evaluation index data of Dongsheng district from 2011 to 2016 are mainly selected.The subjective evaluation index system based on the daily living habits of Dongsheng residents includes 23 evaluating indicators,and the data are mainly based on Residents’ experience,evaluation and recommendations in the past six years in Dongsheng district.Then the comprehensive evaluation model is used to combine the subjective and objective evaluation.The results show that the Dongsheng district is satisfied with the city’s security and the social harmony is more full,or not satisfied with the convenience of life,or the optimal state of the environment,which even the convenience of traffic,the economic development of the city is the general state.Finally,according to the corresponding existing problems,suggestions are put forward from four aspects: promoting the construction of public service facilities,constructing the ecological and pleasant environment,accelerating the development of public transportation and promoting the transformation of industrial structure,so as to achieve the optimization goal of the scientific construction of urban livability,and the construction and science of livability in Dongsheng District of Ordos City.The improvement of evaluation index system has important theoretical and practical significance. |
