City is an environment for human beings to live and develop.According to the seventh national census released by Hunan Province in 2021,39,046,200 permanent residents in the province live in cities,with an urbanization rate of 58.76%,indicating that Hunan has entered a period of rapid urbanization.As an important factor to evaluate the degree of urbanization,urban livability has become one of the topics concerned by the public and researchers in recent years,which is of great significance to promote the development of urbanization.The evaluation of livable city involves many indicators and a large amount of data.Therefore,the construction of evaluation system and accurate and fast evaluation methods are the key to the evaluation of livable city.This study takes Hunan Province as the research object,adopts the relevant data of 122 counties(cities and districts)in Hunan Province in 2000,2010 and 2020,and carries out the evaluation of livable cities in Hunan Province and analysis of its influencing factors through intelligent optimization algorithm,in order to provide a scientific basis for the construction of livable cities in Hunan Province.The main research results are as follows::(1)On the basis of summarizing the existing evaluation index system of livable cities,the evaluation index system of livable cities with 18 indicator in Hunan Province was constructed from three dimensions of ecological environment,economic development and public service.Using the data of 2000,2010 and 2020,entropy weight method and Matlab code were used to determine the weight of livability index.(2)On the basis of summarizing the advantages and limitations of traditional methods,The working principle and workflow of support vector machine(SVM)model,particle swarm optimization support vector machine(PSO-SVM)model,K-fold particle swarm optimization support vector machine(KPSO-SVM)model and quantum particle swarm optimization support vector machine(QPSO-SVM)model are described.It provides an efficient evaluation model and sample control for the subsequent evaluation of livable cities.(3)TOPSIS model was used to calculate the livability scores of counties(cities,districts)in Hunan Province,and the natural breakpoint method was used to obtain the classification,which provided label preparation for the intelligent optimization algorithm.Introduce support vector machine(SVM)and three optimization algorithm support vector machine model--particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO-SVM),quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm(QPSO-SVM)and K-fold particle swarm optimization algorithm(KPSO-SVM),the results show that,The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on SVM(QPSO-SVM)verifies the evaluation results of livable city in Hunan Province with high accuracy.The algorithm is superior to SVM,PSO-SVM and KPSO-SVM,and has the advantages of fast speed and high accuracy.Based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm(QPSO-SVM)model,122 counties(cities,districts)in Hunan Province were finally divided into five categories:highly livable city,high livable city,moderate livable city,low livable city,low livable city.(4)Through the spatio-temporal evolution and spatial heterogeneity analysis of urban livability in Hunan Province in 2000,2010 and 2020,the contribution analysis of each index factor was carried out by geographic detector.The results show that:From 2000 to 2020,the construction of livable cities in Hunan Province has achieved preliminary achievement,with the number of highly livable cities increasing from 0 in 2000 to 5 in 2020.The distribution of livable cities in Hunan Province is unbalanced,and the number of livable cities in the east is significantly higher than that in the west.The livable index factor of public service dimension is the main contributing factor of livable city in Hunan Province.The study also found that the livability level of ecological environment dimension in Changsha city of Hunan Province is not consistent with the development of urban livability level,and the ecological environment is not coordinated with economic development and population agglomeration.(5)Taking six districts and one county of Changsha City in Hunan Province as a typical case,this paper discusses the relationship between major contributing factors and the development of livable cities from three dimensions:ecological environment,economic development and public service.The results show that:The patch type area(CA)of green space and urban space developed in opposite trends,and the change trends of patch density(PD)and the proportion of maximum patch to landscape area(LPI)indicate that urban space pays attention to the integration of ecological environment while expanding into patches.The change trend of average patch size(AREA_MN)and average patch fractal dimension(FRAC_MN)indicates that human production and economic activities have increased interference on green space.While the green space(AI)continues to decline slowly,the agglomeration of urban space is increasing.The recognition accuracy of QBGA-SVM is high,which is an effective method to maintain the public security of livable cities.(6)On the basis of discussing the main problems of urban livability in Hunan Province,this paper puts forward the objectives and ideas of the construction of livable cities:to promote the optimization of economic development environment;To promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature;We will continue to improve environmental quality and strengthen ecosystem protection.And put forward the optimization strategy of urban liveability improvement:Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region should seize the important opportunity of the integration of Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan construction,improve the ecological environment,and then promote the overall liveability of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration;Dongting Lake region should seize the major advantages of the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and promote the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure with the guidance of supply-side structural reform.The South Hunan region takes the free Trade zone construction as an opportunity to improve the business environment and make up for the shortcomings in the fields of public health and medical education.The West Hunan region should bear the main responsibility of regional ecological environment protection and promote the comprehensive and coordinated improvement of urban public services and infrastructure with the construction of urban ecological civilization. |
