| After the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly and people’s living standards have been continuously improved, but with it has also produced problems such as environmental pollution, waste of resources, and large gap between the rich and the poor.To this end,China has repeatedly stressed the need to transform high-speed development into high-quality development, which is closely related to everyone’s life.As the smallest unit in the city, the community is closely related to the lives of residents, and the main research content of this thesis is to study what kind of community can meet the evolving needs of residents and create a high-quality livable community.Establish a livable community evaluation index system, objectively evaluate the livability of the community, find out the key problems affecting the livability of the community, and help managers solve problems and create a more livable community. This thesis studies the concepts and theories of high-quality development and livable communities, constructs an evaluation index system of livable communities under the background of high-quality development, selects three communities in Jinan for empirical research, and proposes optimization strategies according to the research results. The first is the construction of the livable community evaluation index system under the background of high-quality development.Through the collation of domestic and foreign literature related to high-quality development, community, livable community and livable community evaluation, based on the scientific theory of human settlement,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and community livability theory, combined with the existing relatively complete community evaluation index system,an evaluation index system including 5 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators including environmental quality, service quality, security quality, economic quality and humanistic quality was constructed. The second is the establishment of evaluation models. After the establishment of the index system, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the DEMATEL-ANP method, and the hierarchical assignment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to divide the evaluation indicators and final evaluation results into five grades of "very poor, poor, average, good and very good" according to a certain range, which is convenient for subsequent research. Then there is empirical research.Based on the collected housing network data,Amap’s POI point data and community resident questionnaire survey data, this thesis selects three representative communities for empirical research, and analyzes the three communities through the established livable community evaluation model, and the final results show that the livability index of the three communities is in a good degree, but there are still various problems, such as low air quality rate, low road network density, low coverage rate of nursing homes and day care centers, and high housing burden of community residents. Finally, based on empirical research on the problems existing in the community,we propose countermeasures.Including improving infrastructure, improving the ecological environment, meeting service demand, preventing potential risks, giving play to the leading role of party building to strengthen community autonomy, optimizing industrial structure, etc.,it provides a certain reference for the future development of the community. |
