With the accelerated pace of urban construction, the problems of urbanare increasingly significant. Residents and the government focus their attention on how to buildlivable city to improve the living environment and the quality of residents’ life, and how toestablish a rational urban ecological system to achieve sustainable development of cities. Thepaper study livable simulation of urban based on the instructors’ topics, the topics is one of thesub-topics of support major projects about the country "Twelfth Five-Year" plan, the name ofthe sub-topics is " old industrial relocation area feature construction and environmental livabilitykey technology research and demonstration ", and the sub-topics is mainly study assessment,planning, design and simulation of the old industrial relocation area.This paper take the relatively theory and evaluation criteria of livable citities as the basis toestablish urban livable evaluation index system. Then semantic weighting method is used todetermine the different index weights. Urban livable evaluation index system provides the basisfor livable evaluation. In order to analysis the urban livability, we chose the key factors: qualityof residents’, convenient, greening rate, medical technology, business service quality toestablish models, and the key factors can be analyzed through the models. Urban livablesatisfaction assessment model is built on the basis of evaluation index system. The satisfactionassessment model is used to assess the satisfaction of urban livability. we take Microsoft VisualStudio2010and SuperMap Deskpro. NET as development platform and tools to develop theurban livable simulation system. The simulation system can realize simulate some project ofurban, browse the total simulation diagram and calculate the value of key factors. The paperachieves the urban livable research. Urban area livable evaluation index system, systemdynamics model and simulation system are analyzed in this paper. |
