Planning And Design Of Dongsheng Forest Park In Haidian District Of Beijing Based On Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)

In the post-epidemic era,people’s desire for outdoors and being close to nature is becoming more and more urgent.As the most direct choice for outdoor activities,parks gradually enter people’s daily activities.Taking urban forest park as an example,as the closest natural complex to the city,there will be many users regardless of its scale and quality.On the face of it,these parks are popular.As "Public Space" said,"The utilization rate is an important symbol of the success of public open space." Taking this standard vertebra as an example,it is easy for urban forest parks to meet the standard.But can urban forest parks with high utilization rates really meet the user’s needs?The basic theory of this paper is post occupancy evaluation.According to the process of "data collection-data analysis-comprehensive evaluation-promotion strategy",the post-use evaluation scheme suitable for urban forest parks is explored by using the hierarchy of needs theory and place theory,and the scheme is applied to parks;Analyze and understand all kinds of users’ needs,and put forward targeted promotion strategies.According to the above theory and method,the post-use evaluation scheme of eight country parks is designed,which mainly includes three parts: the first part is an objective analysis of the surrounding environment,the internal environment,the characteristics of users and their behavior characteristics;The second part is to evaluate and analyze the user’s subjective satisfaction with the whole park and sub-regions;Thirdly,according to the survey results,the upgrading strategies of the park is put forward.The results show that the main users of the park are middle-aged people aged 31-44 years old,and the factors such as tourist service center,green area,accessibility of garden road,parking lot,trash can and toilet in the park have the greatest influence on the overall satisfaction of park users.Moreover,users of different ages groups have different feelings about the park.Older people over the age of 65 are more satisfied with the overall layout and infrastructure of the park than people of other age.According to the needs of users,the park evaluation results are as follows:(1)there is abundant traffic outside the park and the road network density is appropriate;However,internal accessibility is low.Satisfied with both safety and comfort.The activity atmosphere of the park is good,but the cultural characteristics are not reflected enough,and the sense of place is lacking.Finally,the general layout,service facilities,landscape construction,maintenance and management of the park were summarized,and the promotion strategies were listed respectively.
