Since the railway logistics organization has undergone a full-scale logistics transformation,the domestic railway aims to establish an integrated logistics service system with the core of railway transportation,in order to perfect the basic service functions of railway logistics,so as to deal with the new market situation and opportunities under logistics.Especially after the Luneng Modern Logistics Field Meeting held in Shenyang in April 2015,the railway system accelerated the pace of important logistics nodes and infrastructure such as the railway logistics center.As a logistics center warehouse function zone that realizes the convergence of freight operations and guarantees the flow of goods,a rational layout of its internal operating function area is of great significance for reducing operating costs and improving the efficiency of its own logistics operations.For the reasonable planning and design of the function area of the warehouse of the railway logistics center and ensuring the efficient operation of the internal operation area,it has become the focus of research on the planning and construction of the logistics infrastructure in the road system.On the basis of reviewing a large number of literature researches both at home and abroad,this dissertation investigates the layout of the functional areas of railway logistics center warehouses from the following perspectives through field visits and investigations and data analysis.(1)First define the concept of the meaning of the warehouse functional area of the railway logistics center,then analyze the features of the warehouse functional areas of the railway logistics center and compare the layout styles;then analyze the logistics functions of the warehouse functional area,and divide the functional areas of the warehouse accordingly;Based on the objectives and principles of the planning and layout of the functional areas of the warehouses in the railway logistics center,the research scope and influence factors of the layout of the functional areas are defined.(2)SLP method is discussed theoretically,and the principle and steps of its planning and design are introduced.The insufficiency of SLP method in functional area layout is analyzed,and an improved SLP layout method is designed by combining SLP with mathematical model of layout optimization.Based on this,it compares the internal warehouse operation processes in different warehouse functional areas,designs general operational process links in the warehouse functional areas,and divides the internal operating areas according to the system;then it builds on the basis of the improved SLP method.The distribution planning model for warehouse functional areas of railway logistics centers;Finally,combining the genetic algorithm and cutting tree technology to analyze the process of solving the layout planning model of the railway logistics central warehouse functional areas.(3)Take the plain railway logistics center as an example to analyze the layout of the warehouse functional area.Based on the analysis of the freight category and functional requirements of the logistics area of the plain railway logistics center,the area of the relevant operation area is determined and the flow rate of the operation area is determined.And related indicators such as average handling costs.Then use the SLP method to analyze the relationship between logistics and non-logistics in each operation area,so as to obtain a comprehensive correlation degree quantitative value.Finally,according to the layout optimization model of the functional area,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the final layout scheme is obtained by the cutting tree theory.
