In recent years,the development of e-commerce is developing rapidly,which has shocked the railway logistics industry.As the leading enterprise of China’s transportation industry,railway must also seize the opportunity to establish logistics center for the prospect industry of e-commerce.On layout planning problems of our country,most of the logistics center layout design is through qualitative analysis,and artificial factors in the process of design experience play a decisive role,lack of scientific design process,it is easy to cause design is unreasonable,because the general construction of large-scale railway logistics center,which involves many factors,if built later found that the design is not reasonable to continue the expansion of renovation tends to be costly,and can cause facilities land resource waste,so scientific and reasonable layout is very necessary.Through the operation situation of railway logistics center under electronic commerce environment,the railway electrical business logistics center is divided into receiving area,storage area,picking,packing,shipping,returns,8 function areas,equipment area and office area.The system layout planning(SLP)is quantified,and the mathematical modeling method is added to analyze the logistics influencing factors more scientifically.This paper analyzes the logistics factors and non-logistics factors that affect the layout of the railway e-commerce logistics center,and builds the comprehensive relational table according to the SLP theory.Interval does not overlap the function,functional areas cannot exceed planning scope,railway aspect ratio have certain scope,may occupy the railway area,such as park entrances and exits of constraint conditions,to establish the function of material handling cost minimum in the park,interval integrated relationship between maximum,land reform,the objective function is minimum cost,and then to deal with the objective function to return a single objective function,is used by genetic algorithm.Finally based on Flexsim software to build the simulation model of function layout,and gives the simulation steps,based on the simulation results,the paper evaluates the layout and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model and algorithm.Finally,through the practical example analysis,the layout plan of this paper is applied to the layout planning of D logistics center,and the results are obtained.Suggests that the scientific rationality of the layout method in this paper,through the combination of theory with practice for railway logistics center layout planning provides the theoretical basis and case model,have certain realistic directive significance.
