Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the trend of economic globalization has become more and more obvious,and the economic links between countries and regions in the world have become more and more close.The logistics industry,as an important link in the economic links,has also been developing and growing.As an important part of global logistics,port logistics is developing and growing,and also facing more fierce market competition.Concepts such as zero inventory and dynamic logistics link gradually enter port logistics fields such as port transportation,storage,transit and distribution.The single port cargo hoisting and transportation business and the simple realization of cargo space transfer are far from meeting the needs of large logistics enterprises and global freight forwarding companies.More and more manufacturing enterprises to further reduce operating costs,reduce capital takes up in great quantities,form the zero inventory management as the core of the new mode of production,supply chain management enterprise would prefer to make full use of the port in the supply chain value of warehousing,transportation,the port area as the enterprise production and processing of raw materials directly to the storage base,has a production requirements for distribution.Tianjin T container terminal company(hereinafter referred to as the "T")was the only one in the tianjin free trade port area,a container terminal company has 6-16.5 meters deep water berths,a storage area of 180 square kilometers,the container throughput of more than3 million,bear the port nearly 70% of the foreign trade import and export container loading and unloading services,container depot storage,a container with customs supervision the container management,bonded warehousing of goods received.Abundant advantages of port resources and bonded policies have attracted more and more manufacturing enterprises and large logistics enterprises hoping to realize container disassembly,goods storage and short-distance distribution in T company.Since May 2011,the company has been engaged in warehousing and logistics services such as "import container unpacking and bonded storage of goods inside the box","duty-free storage and packing and transportation of export goods",mainly including imported electronic products and accessories,imported auto parts,imported equipment and instrument accessories,and exported tomato paste.Under this background,T container terminal company of tianjin port established a warehousing and logistics center,which is engaged in the unpacking of imported containers in the terminal area and the short-term storage,packaging and distribution of goods inside the containers.This paper takes the planning and design of T container terminal storage and logistics center of tianjin port as the research object.Firstly,the research background,significance of topic selection and main contents of this project are elaborated.Meanwhile,the relevant warehouse management process is introduced and relevant warehouse management theories are introduced.Literature and theories of warehouse layout research conducted by domestic and foreign experts and scholars are summarized,classified and referenced.By tianjin T container terminal,warehousing logistics center planning and design requirements of the in-depth analysis,combination of T company the goods storage,warehousing logistics center based on SLP method,by analyzing the relation between the various operation unit logistics intensity,determine the position and operation department each function layout,reduce the waste in the process of storage logistics;By using EIQ analysis method,through the specific research on the category,quantity and frequency of goods in and out of the warehouse,the storage plan of key goods in the storage and logistics center of T company is formulated to continuously reduce the logistics cost and bring more profits to the enterprise.
