| Since more and more attention has been paid into environmental protection and resource reservation by our country,never previously existed opportunities will emerge in the industry of new energy,however,the enterprises may also meet challenges during their operations and management.Employee performance management is connected with enterprises operations and strategic management.Company A can be categorized into the energy industry,which has been restructured from a private enterprise into a state-owned enterprise,while the old systems of management have not been adjusted in accordance with the restructuring,remain effective and continued to be carried out including employee performance management.Performance plan has not been set up ahead from the personal level,which result in "Commons" of the quarterly performance review,meanwhile the staff encounter positive defeat and can not arise personal potential.Lack of adjustment in the related management system in accordance with enterprises actual situations can lead to a sequence of problems,which ultimately weaken the effectiveness of performance management.In this paper,the current employee performance management of Y Company is conducted by literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.Research and analysis,found that the Y company focused on in the process of performance management and corporate performance management is lack of employee performance management level,ignore employees involved in the management process,index set is not science,evaluation standard fuzzy form played,evaluation process,the results lack of objectivity,ignoring the performance feedback process and performance results using single series problems,such as,Inaccurate cognize perceive of performance management from management level,lack of communication systems during management and short of personnel with profession in performance management are the correlative main tree reasons.For Y company save the current employee performance management problems,based on the target management and key performance index evaluation method for the optimization Suggestions,from the and safeguards of culture,institutional guarantee and establish communication feedback mechanism,perfect the management mechanism and so on for the optimized staff performance management effective operation to provide security,makes every effort to improve Y company employee performance management to the greatest extent.After optimization,the objectives of the employee performance management plan of Y company are clearly formulated,emphasizing the communication between the superior and the subordinate to jointly determine,the guidance and supervision of the superior leadership in the implementation process,and the implementation of the assessment process according to the standards.The assessment process and results emphasize objectivity and fairness,performance feedback and diversified application of the assessment results.It is hoped that through research,Y company can improve its management level,attract outstanding talents,tap the potential of existing personnel,enhance its market competitiveness and achieve its strategic goals. |
