In recent 10 years,China’s construction industry is not only promoted the rapid development of urbanization and modernization process,and in stimulating domestic demand,to create more employment opportunities and improve the gross national product has made a significant contribution.At the same time,building management and application technology have made great progress.Today,however,followed with the traditional construction management mode still exists some problems,such as: project participants themselves,collaborative management efficiency is low,the total project life cycle is difficult to effectively integrate information resources and so on,these problems to a large extent restricted the efficiency of project management and application.At present,BIM is its irreplaceable advantages in the field of building become the mainstream technology and application direction of the global construction industry,BIM has the characteristics of information integration,artificial intelligence,visibility,it will not only bring new opportunities and challenges to the traditional construction industry,will certainly change our country engineering project management,low level of integration,low degree of information sharing of the traditional model.In this paper,combined with the latest development and application trend of BIM technology and project management knowledge,introducing BIM technology in collaborative management of the project,and to a commercial building decoration engineering as an example,this paper discusses the construct project collaborative management platform based on BIM technology and its application process,in order to improve the efficiency of project management.This paperfirstlysummarizes the research history and current situation of BIM in China and abroad,and gives an overview of the research and application of BIM in the process of engineering life cycle.Then the relationship between the three standards of BIM technology(IFC,IDM,IFD)and three is discussed,and the whole life cycle of the project and the concept of collaborative management platform are introduced.And then expounds the project management platform to build the basic elements of BIM model(project establishment,project data information interaction,BIM information storage),is proposed based on BIM technology project of the collaborative management platform and the overall architecture design;Finally focus through a mall building decoration engineering examples,this paper discusses the construct project collaborative management platform based on BIM technology and its application process,verify the feasibility of BIM collaborative management platform,and through the investigation visit to participate in the management personnel of the project,the application of BIM collaborative management platform effect was evaluated.The purpose of this study on the one hand,is a collection of BIM technology and collaborative management ideas,building the collaborative management platform based on BIM technology project,for the whole life cycle management of construction projects to provide more advanced management mode;On the other hand is a commercial building decoration engineering as an example,explore the collaborative management platform based on BIM project practice,have certain innovation significance and reference value,in order to better use BIM to engineering construction enterprises in our country and offer reference for project management.
