| Solar photovoltaic power generation has been used to solve the contradiction between energy and social and economic development,and has become a sunrise industry with priority support from all countries in the world due to its advantages such as resources available everywhere,no intermediate conversion process,stable and reliable working performance,small geographical restrictions and wide application.With the continuous updating and progress of technology,solar photovoltaic power generation has become one of the fastest growing high-tech industries.The theory of project management is currently applied to the solar photovoltaic power generation industry,most of which are based on one goal or one stage,and few are applied to the whole life cycle.In order to achieve sustainable and stable development,the solar photovoltaic industry must introduce the project management life-cycle management theory into practice.Based on the theory of full life cycle management of project management and the theory of solar photovoltaic power generation,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of NT company’s full life cycle management of solar photovoltaic power generation construction projects,establishes a full life cycle management model of solar photovoltaic power generation construction projects,and divides the life cycle into project initiation,survey and design preparation,survey and design,project bidding,project construction The project completion acceptance and other six major stages,including 22 sub processes,define the objectives,main contents and deliverable of each stage.In order to verify the effectiveness of the life cycle model,this paper takes Project D of NT company’s as the research object,analyzes and practices the stakeholder management and risk management of Project D based on the full life cycle model,and designs the organizational structure,WBS and responsibility allocation matrix of the project.Finally,the management effectiveness of Project D is summarized.Through the construction of the whole life cycle management model of the solar photovoltaic power generation construction project,it provides an overall management framework for the solar photovoltaic power generation construction project,and also provides a reference model for the construction of similar projects in the future. |
