In recent years,China’s construction industry has continued to develop and has made outstanding contributions in stimulating employment and improving GDP.However,its overall management level is still relatively backward,its inefficient and extensive growth mode has not changed fundamentally,and the lack of information exchange among the construction parties further aggravates the increase in project costs and delays in the construction period.At the beginning of the 21 st century,BIM technology took the lead in leading the digital transformation process in the construction real estate industry.BIM model can integrate all kinds of information data of construction projects,covering the whole construction process,all participants and business systems,effectively connecting all information silo,and fundamentally solving the problem of information fault.However,as the scale of engineering projects continues to expand and information communication becomes increasingly frequent,the amount of data generated by BIM software continues to increase,and the formats and forms of data become increasingly complex and diverse.Previous information management models cannot meet the needs of project management and control.Therefore,it is necessary to leverage a connected and scalable integrated collaborative management cloud platform to integrate professional business data,gradually break down communication barriers between departments and data barriers between businesses,and intelligently associate BIM models with enterprise management processes.The two complement and complement each other,allowing data to penetrate the entire project business process,meet functional requirements at all levels,and achieve visual and refined management of construction projects,The era of BIM+cloud platforms has arrived.This is topic is based on the application requirements of engineering construction management.It compares the research history and current application status of collaborative management,BIM technology,and collaborative management platforms at home and abroad.It actively studies and studies the theory of collaborative management and BIM technology application research results at home and abroad.It proposes to establish a construction collaborative management platform based on BIM,guided by the actual needs of platform users and centered on project engineering information data flow.In order to better analyze and clarify user needs,the KANO model theory is used to identify and survey platform user needs,classify and sort user needs,analyze key user needs,improve the positioning of the platform’s main functional requirements,and reshape the platform’s application process and functional modules.Based on the needs of key users,the system technology selection was clarified,and the system architecture,network architecture,data architecture and functional architecture of the platform were designed.The application process and application content of the main functional modules of the platform were elaborated,the operation principle of the platform was clarified,and the matching BIM technology application standards and platform management system were formulated.Then,the actual engineering X project will be used as a case to run tests on the platform.By identifying the problems in Project X,analyzing the key and difficult points of project implementation,and improving project implementation planning;Carry out the application of BIM technology in the design and construction stages;Relying on the platform,reshape the project implementation process,and verify the feasibility and progressiveness of the platform from the perspective of practice.The research purpose of this project is to analyze user needs through the KANO model,determine the key user needs of the platform,and then clarify the main application modules to build a BIM based construction collaborative management platform,providing a more advanced management mode for construction management of engineering projects;On the other hand,by building a construction collaborative management platform,business data and enterprise master data are organically combined to derive new enterprise master data,thus forming an enterprise digital matrix,establishing a valuable database for future projects,and escorting the sustainable Digital transformation of enterprises.Finally,taking X actual project as an example,explore the practical application of the platform,in order to provide effective reference and reference for Chinese engineering construction enterprises.
