The Study Of Management Team Mode Of Construction Project Life Cycle

On the traditional construction project management mode, the relations of the employers,reconnoitrers,designers,executants,providers and so on usually are as the injunction relation of portrait, the designers and executants are isolated each other,not come-and-go each other; the aim,plan,control of the project take the project management of every actor for major object, make the management non-continuous on different age,the mutual autocephaly and the project immanent contact of every project management actor chop up. With the large-scale current of the construction project, as the requirement variety of the construction development impetus actor and the variety of the time and role when the contractor's intervention of theproject, the paper brings forward a new pattern of integration management------PLMT mode,which aims at over process disseverment of the construction project,reducing the mutual dissension and conflict of every project actor, and makes the employer have abundant decision-making control right, as well as not to be immersed in idiographic project management. The paper expatiates the connotation of the PLMT mode first,brings forward the three-dimensional conception model, analyzes the trait and increment,discusses the range in point and three precondition condition of actualization, applies the economics theory,games,knowledge and team theory to do theory analysis. At the same time, the paper bring forward the operational flow and the organization form of the PLMT mode of every moment, presents the guide system and methods when employer choose the project management corporation,optimizes the three-moment appraising mode of the IPMT choosing project actor.
