Research On The Re-use Of Existing Industrial Buildings

In 1990 s,the industrial structure of Hefei began to adjust,forcing a large number of enterprises to move out or forced to close,and more and more existing industrial buildings were abandoned,dismantled and transformed in the cities.This phenomenon prompted the research of the renewal and transformation of industrial buildings.Compared with the functional life,the material life of industrial buildings is long.If it can be successful,it can not only give the new vitality to the industrial building but also save the resources and protect the environment for the society.At the same time,the industrial building bears the memory of the historical,cultural and economic development.Therefore,research and upgrading of existing industrial buildings is of great significance for promoting urban image,social value,economic value and urban building diversification.On the basis of the research on the theory and practice of industrial building renewal and reform,this paper analyzes the practical cases of the successful renovation of industrial buildings both at home and abroad,and sums up the methods and techniques for the renewal and transformation of the existing industrial buildings.On the basis of the existing theory and practice,there are 14 industrial buildings in Hefei on the spot.The single storey building is the main research object,and the construction transformation,structural transformation,technical transformation and environmental regulation are analyzed.The suitable technology for the renovation and renovation of the single storey building in the existing industrial buildings in Hefei is discussed.Fat city provides theoretical support and technical support for upgrading and upgrading of industrial buildings.This article includes five chapters: chapter one is the introduction part,which describes the research background and make a definition of the study purpose,significance and content and method of the subject.Chapter two is that analyzes the development of modern industry in Hefei,and the situations and classification of existing industrial building in Hefei.Chapter three is that based on the theory of the chapter two and chapter three,explores actual transformation cases of domestic and overseas to building transformation,structure transformation,technology improvement.Chapter four is taking Hefei Chang-he Automobile Factory as an example,thesingle-story factory was selected as the research object.The simulation analysis of indoor natural ventilation and natural lighting was carried out by Phoenics and Eoctect analysis software,and the reconstruction and reconstruction of architecture,structure and environment were analyzed and studied.Chapter five is the last chapter,taking a summary For this study and explains the possible research directions in the future.
