| The residential buildings built in China from the 1970 s to the end of 2000 are mainly multi-storey brick-concrete houses.With the development of the times,the balcony has gradually evolved from the auxiliary space of the early residences into the indispensable functional space in the residence.The quality of the balcony space is excellent.Inferiority affects the quality of life of residential residents.Based on the relevant theories of the design and renovation of existing multi-storey residential balconies,this paper selects representative existing residential communities in two typical cities in cold areas to investigate,and organizes the status quo of the balconies according to the renovation conditions in different construction and development periods.Ladder two-family plank houses mainly include side and end covers.The north balcony,which is converted to kitchen space,and the south balcony,which is converted to living and housekeeping space,are the key research objects.The behavior patterns of occupants ’ balconies are summarized through questionnaire surveys.,Select a typical balcony in the survey sample to conduct a detailed household survey.Through methods such as household surveys,current situation information collection and household interviews,it analyzes the needs of households’ common balcony behaviors on the functional quality and physical environment quality of the balcony,and summarizes its common problems.Through comparative analysis and research,the main influencing factors for the optimization of the balcony renovation of existing multi-storey residential buildings include household characteristics and balcony behavior patterns,the main structure of the building,the balcony structure and building components,etc.,and the reuse of existing multi-storey residential balconies is proposed.General principles for optimal design.Regarding the two typical types of the north balcony changed to a kitchen space and the south balcony changed to a living and housework space,respectively,the optimization of the functional quality of the balcony space is proposed in terms of space division,functional layout,space utilization,furniture facilities,safety and aging design.Strategies and methods;from the three environmental factors of heat,sound and light,proposed the optimization strategy and method of balcony physical environment quality transformation.It is hoped that this study can provide a feasible reference and reference for the optimization design of the existing multi-storey residential balcony renovation. |
