Study On The Transformation Design Of The Old Factory Of Jingdezhen Porcelain Factory

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and the continuous innovation and adjustment of the industrial structure,the existing old factory buildings are facing demolition or idleness.Although the old factory buildings are old,they are not without merit.By rationalizing them,the old factory buildings can still continue to be used for us,and even become more valuable resources for us.In renovating the abandoned old factory buildings,we must not only create a humanized spatial structure and appreciate its beautiful forms,but more valuable is the ability to reflect local characteristics.This article analyzes the current situation of the old factory buildings and unique regional cultural characteristics of Jingdezhen,and how to use modern design techniques to transform and reuse old buildings.Focusing on the analysis of his own graduation design as a case,he integrated the indoor and outdoor space environment,and explored how he could improve on the basis of better preservation of historic buildings and make full and effective use of it again to achieve a variety of comprehensive functions.In one.The transformation of the internal space of the old factory building is an important part of the analysis and discussion of this article.It re-plans the original space,realizes the reuse of the old building,combines the characteristics of the building structure of the old factory building,and gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of the old factory building.The relationship between architecture and space can also be harmonized.
