Application Of Modular Construction In Construction Of Nuclear Power Plant

In the process of building a nuclear power station by using the traditional method of construction,installation and construction,due to the large demand for manpower and material resources on the construction site and the construction process being affected by factors such as climate and temperature,a certain amount of construction delay and potential safety hazard,Quality defects.Due to the high standard and strict requirements of the nuclear power industry and the particularity of investment in large projects,we are forced to adopt a more reasonable management mode to optimize the construction process through lean management so as to improve the working environment,shorten the construction period,reduce risks,improve safety,Quality level,thereby promoting the work efficiency,reduce costs.This paper analyzes the status quo,put forward the existing problems during the construction of the original nuclear power plant project;explore the concept,characteristics and importance of modular construction,principles and methods,analyze the advantages of modular construction and mature experience in other industries;utilization analysis As a result,the lean management modular construction method is introduced into the construction management of nuclear power plant project,the modular construction method is used to improve the existing problems of the original nuclear power plant construction period,and the deficiencies of modular construction of nuclear power plant engineering are summarized and the tactics and measures are put forward.It is intended to apply the mature experience of modular construction concept in other industries to the construction of nuclear power plants and to promote it.AP1000 technology combines the current global leader in nuclear power and system control technology,so it to some extent represents the development trend of nuclear power technology.In this paper,AP1000 stack type of Sanmen NPP is introduced,including discussion on the formation of modular construction,advantages and construction prerequisites,and the example of CA20 structural module is introduced to introduce the concrete construction process.
