AP1000 nuclear power technology is the introduction of the construction of the third generation nuclear power technology in China, is also the main technical route of the third generation of nuclear power development in our country. Modular construction is a significant characteristic of nuclear power technology AP1000, is currently the world’s most nuclear power technology is one of the main technological development direction.This topic is based on the mechanical module in the application of AP1000 nuclear power plant built modular design practice, the analysis of the mechanical module classification, parts and assembly process, aiming at the problems of manufacturing process and field assembly, calculating to analyze its in the whole assembly process dimension chain and tolerance control, through the process optimization and process adjustment to improve the assembly quality and technical requirements. At the same time, combined the technology of assembly analysis, in view of the mechanical module in nuclear power plants built technical feasibility of the application of modularization, the evaluation index and its components and technology for the subsequent localization CAP series modular build nuclear power plants in the mechanical module design, assembly and application.
