With the development of economy and society,electric power has become an indispensable and important energy in life.Electric safety has become an important issue concerning urban safety,state and society.In order to ensure the rapid development of China's economy,it is necessary to do a good job in electric power production,and thermal power generation plays an important part in the production of power in our country.With the continuous improvement of social demand for electricity,the pressure of Chinese thermal power enterprises is aggravated.Thermal power enterprises become an important guarantee for maintaining social stability,solidarity and rapid economic development.The production safety accidents of thermal power enterprises can not only cause equipment damage,equipment being forced to stop operation,and the consequences of power failure,but also cause serious casualties,even affect the power supply of the power grid,causing social unrest and other vicious events.Therefore,emergency management of thermal power enterprise emergencies is crucial to work safety.How to improve the capacity of thermal power enterprises to deal with complex emergencies has become one of the main problems to be solved urgently in the field of emergency.This dissertation mainly focuses on the contingency capability of thermal power enterprises,firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are elaborated;and then according to the domestic and foreign related emergency research status,combined with the hazard range and characteristics of thermal power enterprises,the related theories are summarized.This thesis through the theory of combing and analysis of knowledge related to today's thermal power enterprise emergency response system and the whole process of emergency management.From the emergency process of thermal power enterprises,five aspects,including emergency preparedness,emergency prevention and early warning,emergency response,emergency support and emergency recovery stage,are selected as criteria for emergency response capability evaluation of thermal power enterprises.The five criteria are refined and 20 detailed indicators are constructed.In this thesis,we use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze and evaluate the level indicators of the detailed index and the index of the criterion,and make use of the relevant emergency management experts to evaluate and analyze the weight of the emergency indicators.By combining the theoretical and practical research methods.Finally,the overall effect of the emergency ability and the specific level of the emergency work situation are obtained through the case analysis.In view of this,in the context of emergencies in the thermal power enterprises to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,overall and meticulous to strengthen emergency management work,to achieve the goal of improving thermal emergency capabilities.
