On Emergency Handling System Of Nantong Highway

With its highly development of both economy and culture, highways become more and more important for people and logistics industry. Natural disasters, which may make highways impassable or close, would bring out inestimable life and economic losses. Nantong, is a city which locals at the north side of Yangtze River delta area. However, typhoon or heavy snow comes to that city almost every year. Located at the planet’s active zones, earthquake is threatening as well. This paper, which focus on the emergency handling and actual conditions of highways in Nantong on the base of related theories, analyze the structure of emergency handle system on the view of management, fund, human resources, information and etc.. Lastly, this paper give some suggestions from the view of reconstructing an effective emergency administration system, re-designing a scientific emergency handling process,retraining emergency personnel and reconstructing a useful emergency accountability system, try to find out a way to strengthen the capability of emergent supply.
