Research On Emergency Management Capability Evaluation Of Power System Based On Situational Task-capability

With the rapid development of economy,our society relies more and more on energy supplying.As one of important energies in the world,electric plays an increasingly important role in social economic activities and people's daily life.To make sure the electric power system being running more safely and reliably has become one of the most important aspects to maintain the sociaty stable.Once there is abalckout accident of power system happened which affects its normal operation running in the large area,it will cause a huge economic loss,and even the people injured andsocial disturbance happenedetc..Therefore,how to do a better emergency management of electric power system,to ensure its running be safer and more stable,has become an important topic we face.By selecting electric power emergency management as the research object,this paper expounds the research background and its significance,and the research theories of emergency management of electric power system in both domestic and aboard.By field investigation and interview,the paper analyzes the current situation of emergency management of Maoming Power supply bureau from four aspects: emergency management system,contingency plan system,security system and operation mechanism,and then analyzes the existing problems and potential dangers.By using scene-task-ability as the research logic,on the basis of the theory of public security triangle and the principle of the chain of events,from five aspects: key factors which caused disaster,emergency events,bearing body,the chain of events,and emergency management power system,this paper analyzed and explained the details and reasons of specific cases.By exploring and studying the cases,this paper also concluded the rules of each emergency event,and try to find out all the key points of emergency management which the electric supplyingenterprise should focus on,and the better ways or methods to improve the emergency management capability,which aims to reduce the potential losses effectively,and improve the capability of emergency management significantly.
