In recent years,with the continuous develo Pment of the number and s Pan of cable-stayed bridges in my country,the emerging steel-mixed com Posite cable-stayed bridge has also emerged.The steel-concrete com Posite beam is a new structure studied on the basis of steel structure and concrete structure.It connects the steel beam and the bridge deck with connectors to make the two bear the common force.This not only has good Performance and structural Performance.And can bring very good economic benefits.But at the same time,the frequency of bridge emergency accidents such as earthquakes,ty Phoons,bridge car collisions,bridge fires,and other bridge accidents that occur on com Posite beam cable-stayed bridges is also increasing.The resulting Personal injury and Pro Perty losses are also increasing.Getting worse.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the emergency management of emergency incidents of steelconcrete com Posite beam cable-stayed bridges,design and formulate a com Plete and feasible bridge emergency Plan system,and it is also a new demand Put forward by the society for bridge emergency management.In this Pa Per,according to various emergency events that may occur during service of the steel-concrete com Posite beam cable-stayed bridge,combined with the structural characteristics of the steel-concrete com Posite cable-stayed bridge,through investigation and numerical calculation methods,the steel-concrete com Posite beam The cable-stayed bridge starts to study the emergency Plan system.First of all,the ty Pes of emergency events and their corres Ponding Preventive methods and emergency measures are investigated.Then,the sim Plified calculation method of the extreme load of each emergency event is determined.Then,based on the s Pecific Project,the calculation results of the res Ponse value of the structure under the extreme load are Risk assessment was conducted for emergency events,and emergency measures for various extreme events were selected.Finally,an emergency res Ponse system based on the Project was established and extreme res Ponse analysis and research were conducted.Fire analysis shows that the bridge fire caused by small cars and tank trucks/heavy vehicles driving on the bridge will cause the cable near its action site to fail due to high tem Perature radiation.Among them,the failure of the cable-stayed bridge under the action of heavy truck/tank truck fire will be u P to 2 cables;the Peak stress of the cross-section of the fullbridge com Posite beam under the fire does not exceed the s Pecified limit,but in some sections The stress is very close to the design strength value,so it is necessary to focus on the fire resistance treatment of the bridge cable near this section to ensure the safety and usability of the bridge under fire.The shi P-bridge collision effect is sim Plified into a load that directly acts on the main bridge Pier after energy reduction.The sim Plified res Ponse analysis of the shi Pbridge collision shows that under the effect of shi P collision,the cross section of the main Pier to P and the bottom of the Pier de Pends on the Project The internal force has exceeded the limit,and the design Plan of bridge Pier anti-collision is Pro Posed.The research results of this Pa Per can Provide a reference for the establishment of similar bridge emergency Plan system.
