Research On Transformation And Reuse Of Zhengzhou Industrial Architectural Heritage Based On The Concept Of "urban Double Repair"

With the transformation of the current economic system in China and the adjustment of urban industrial structure and land use structure,traditional industries have been closed down and gradually replaced by new industries.As industrial sites,buildings,facilities and equipment are being abandoned and waste,a large number of industrial architectural heritage is idle in the original urban center area.As an important industrial city after the founding of the people’s Republic of China,Zhengzhou also left a number of valuable industrial heritage.However,due to the limitations of knowledge and immaturity of management,some valuable industrial buildings have been razed to the ground overnight,the contradiction between industrial architecture heritage protection and regional economic development has not found effective solutions.By 2015,the theory of "urban double repair",as an effective means to solve the urban problems of urban transformation in China,has been widely concerned by the society.It emphasizes the protection of the historical architecture,and the inheritance of the industrial context,It is of great help for shaping the characteristics of the city and laying the direction for the transformation and reuse of industrial architectural heritageGuided by the concept of "urban double repair",this paper tries to sum up a strategy which is suitable for the reconstruction and reuse of industrial architectural heritage,and provides a new way of thinking for the reconstruction and reuse of industrial architectural heritage in Zhengzhou and even the whole country.First of all,through the investigation and analysis of three representative industrial architectural heritage in Zhengzhou,this paper combs the current status of industrial architectural heritage in Zhengzhou,summarizes the problems faced by the current industrial heritage,and analyzes the feasibility of “Promoting protection by development” by the State analysis method.Then,this paper puts forward the basic principles,reuse mode and content framework of the transformation and reuse of Zhengzhou Industrial Building Heritage under the concept of "urban double repair",and constructs a concrete method system which is suitable for the reconstruction and reuse of Zhengzhou industrial building heritage.Finally,combined with the conceptual transformation plan of Zhengzhou second grinding wheel factory,the feasibility of the system is verified.
