Research On The Status Quo And Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Building Heritage In County-level Area Of Henan Province

Henan is a big agricultural province with a long history and plays an important role in the development history of new China’s construction.Especially since the founding of new China,the industrial architectural heritage has important historical,cultural and scientific value,which needs to be further protected and studied.The research on the industrial architectural heritage of henan province is mainly concentrated in jianxi industrial zone of luoyang,western industrial zone of zhengzhou,central cities of henan province,as well as in jiaozuo,pingdingshan and other resource-based cities.However,there are still many industrial architectural heritages at the county level in Henan Province,which are an important part of the industrial development history of Henan Province and a blank spot in previous studies.Similar to many provinces and cities in China,with the rapid development of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure,many old industrial enterprises in Henan Province are facing the situation of closing down,closing down,merging,transferring and being demolished.Therefore,it is urgent to protect and study the value of industrial architectural heritage,otherwise it will repeat the historical lesson of the old city protection of demolition before construction.Entering the 21 st century,at the same time of economic development,is becoming more and more by all levels of government attaches great importance to cultural construction,the governments at all levels to local cultural resources within the scope of integration,the integration of resources on the level of city planning and construction for the protection and reuse,including retained within the county of the industrial building heritage protection work.The industrial architectural heritages in counties include county-level industries and township enterprises,which are widely distributed and rich in types.However,due to the underdeveloped economy and remote location of many counties,the protection of industrial architectural heritages has not been paid attention to and promoted.A large number of industrial architectural heritages in the county are in the state of idle,inefficient reuse,many have been used for other purposes,or even dismantled.These industrial architectural heritages represent the memory of an era and contain a strong spirit of The Times.Therefore,the research,protection and reuse of the industrial architectural heritage in the county is not only to preserve a physical entity,but also to retain the spirit of The Times and the characteristics of the county,which plays a role in promoting the development of the county.This paper is composed of six chapters:The first part introduces the research background and relevant literature review,the main research content,purpose and research methods used.And expounds the relevant concepts of the object of this study.The second part sorts out the historical evolution and distribution causes of industrial architectural heritage in Henan province.Combined with relevant literature,provincial annals and county annals,the paper sorts out and analyzes the existing situation and causes of distribution of industrial architectural heritage in the county of Henan Province.The third part summarizes the current situation of the county industrial architectural heritage and analyzes its characteristics and the important value behind it.The cases of conservation and reuse of the existing industrial building heritages in the county region were investigated and analyzed,and the evaluation standards and graded protection methods for the industrial building heritages in the county region were summarized.Analyze the industrial architectural heritage projects that have been given new functions in the county,and summarize their design methods,advantages and disadvantages.The fourth part puts forward the protection principle of Henan county industrial architectural heritage,combines the protection of county industrial architectural heritage with the development of county,and puts forward the protection principle of "static protection" and "live protection".At the same time,this paper puts forward the protection strategies of Henan county industrial architectural heritages.From the perspective of system establishment,optimization of county development and promotion of county economy,and combined with the analysis of the re-utilization mode of the transformed industrial architectural heritages in the county,the advantages and disadvantages of its re-utilization are summarized.The fifth part combines the design practice of the specific project,analyzes the specific situation and development direction of the county and the factory area in the planning layout and architectural renewal design of the factory area,puts forward the comprehensive immersive museum renewal mode,improves the planning and design of the factory area,and protects and updates the way.Summing up and analyzing the achievements of literature research and field investigation,this paper proposes the problems and current situation that need to be solved in the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage in the county.The sixth part summarizes the whole paper in order to summarize the theory and method of the research on the county industrial building heritage.Based on the investigation and summary of Henan county industrial architectural heritage,this paper puts forward the value evaluation system and protection principles and strategies of Henan county industrial architectural heritage.This paper analyzes the cases of industrial architectural heritages that have been protected and reused at the county level,and combines the design practice projects to protect and reuse the industrial architectural heritages at the county level in Henan to provide targeted strategies for the protection and reuse of the industrial architectural heritages at the county level in Henan.
