Research On Siping Middle East Railway Heritage Protection And Renewal Based On Urban Double Repair Theory

Middle East railway trunk line and its branch line are the existing and most representative large-scale linear industrialization civilization achievements in Northeast China.In 2018,it was selected into the list of China’s industrial heritage protection and is a national key cultural relic protection unit.It witnessed the arduous process from urban construction to national independence in Northeast China,and laid the foundation for the large-scale formation of industrial civilization and the establishment of modern urban system in Northeast China.Siping is a typical city in Northeast China.Many industrial heritages,which have made great contributions to the economic development of Jilin Province and even the whole country,are distributed in the urban areas relying on the railway construction.A large number of industrialized historical buildings and along the railway remains are very rich,with a high historical narrative and symbolic significance.Up to now,the Siping section of the Middle East Railway is facing the phenomenon of structural aging and man-made destruction.Most of the historic buildings in the Siping section are not protected at the national level like the Middle East Railway trunk line.Therefore,it is urgent to study the protection and utilization of them.From the perspective of the theory of "urban double repair",this paper takes Siping Middle East railway industrial heritage as the main research object.First,combining with China’s basic national conditions and urban double repair policies,this paper analyzes and studies advanced industrial heritage renovation projects at home and abroad to understand the differences and find common ground.Secondly,the development and transformation of the Siping section of the Middle East Railway and the types of industrial heritage are analyzed from a macro point of view to clarify the internal potential and external characteristics of the research object.Combined with its actual situation,the research methods such as field investigation,problem analysis and value evaluation are used to conduct a comprehensive analysis.Finally try to put forward the Siping Middle East Railway heritage protection and reuse scheme strategy.To seek the protection and reuse of railway industrial sites in the initial planning,low energy consumption,microcirculation,green environmental protection of the concept of the development of the road.
