Then according to the proportion of the value of different types of valuation constituted to find out the relationship between the transformation strategy and heritage value. To help us that we can quickly and accurately grasp the direction at the beginning of an industrial heritage project.Different value of industrial heritage, corresponding to the best transformation strategy is different. For renovation projects, the transformation between the investment cost and the desire will always have conflicting local, domestic in this regard there are some problems.
