Strategy Research On The Perservation And Re-usage Of China’s Urban Industrial Architectural Heritage In The Post-industrial Era

The paper was a monographic study based on the building type as the core of research in the field of industrial building heritage protection and reuse.The main body of research is old industrial buildings which built in the process of urban development and renewal.The purpose of the study is trying to find out the approaches to industrial architectural heritage protection and reuse,which able to adapt to C hina’s national conditions,in accordance with the development of the economy,in harmony with the context of the post-industrial era of urban development and keeping sustainable development.And finding the system analysis of the strategies and methods in the process of preservation and reform.At present,the overall state of the city are still at the middle stage of industrialization.Under the impact of the economic development,the social structure of some cities with rapid economic development is undergoing fundamental changes,and gradually entered the post-industrial era.How to make more industrial architectural heritage gain the properly protection and reuse? How to keep the trace of the urban development? How to continue the Culture Root of urban development? In the process of the transformation,they have became the important and urgent research subjects in the heritage protection in our country.Along with old city reconstruction and renewal,the meaning and value of the industrial architecture protection and reuse general consensus has not been formed.Although there are a lot of practice project and the operating experience,it still lacks a complete theoretical system for guidance.On the basis of the research on the data statistics and system comparison of the relevant experience abroad,with the development of post-industrial era as the background,architectural culture theory as the theoretical support,the paper viewed the integrated value system of the industrial building heritage as the breakthrough and analyzed systematically.By compared with the theoretical study and practical development projects abroad,the paper discussed the problems of C hina’s industrial architectural heritage.As the same time,it elaborated the basic principle of the industrial building heritage protection and reuse in three aspects which respectively are the adjustment and optimization of the urban functions,the adjustment and replacement of building functions,the participation and balance of comprehensive interest factors.And it built a integral practical Industrial heritage evaluation system and the relevant mechanisms of census,positioning and management.The article began the discussion in view of the Re-use mode of industrial architectural heritage.The thesis deeply analyzed the method of reuse and transform of the industrial building heritage in five aspects which contain the own characteristics of Industrial building,the construction of internal and external space,the art of the old industrial building reconstruction and the emotional compensation of industrial building reuse.Supported by real cases,using a variety of technical means,this paper built a comprehensive system design method in reconstruction in the theoretical and practical aspects.Based on the properties of the industrial era,viewed the different industrial architectural heritage core values and re-use directions as the starting point,the paper elaborated the impact of different dominant factors on the transformation of direction and outcome in the form of actual cases.At the end of the article,Tianjin and Taipei were viewed as two carrier of different region and history background,and two different types of industrial heritage corridor which covered cities along the river and railway was viewed as an object.The paper analyzed the problems of industrial building heritage protection and and the de velopment experience in two different urban form.The paper discussed the different paths of the development of the industrial heritage,aiming to provide more operational and promotional experience for the future re-use of industrial heritage of C hina’s major cities.
