Research On Information Technology Of Project Management Based On Collaborative Perspective

The construction project is a complex thing.In the process of its construction,it involves many practical sub processes,multi related stakeholders,multiple objectives and multiple elements.The management activities were quiet complex.Engineering construction project management has become an ancient but mysterious research topic with the new technology development.The emergence of new theories and new methods is in the process of continuous innovation and development.With the "Internet +" idea and information technology development,various industries began to use information technology to manage the project,and got an effective effect.Construction industry,as a traditional industry,is an attempt to solve the problems in the process of project management by using information technology,including technical and management problems,and has achieved good results through the information technology.However,as a traditional industry,the information technology is relatively weakness compared with others.Hence,the application and practice of information management in construction industry still faces many obstacles.Meanwhile,the popularization rate of information management was still lower in the project management activities in China.The total of 85%construction enterprises suggested that management information still need to be improved and protected.With the synergetic theory,the paper tried to explore the information management theory used in construction industry and information management methods in the process of construction management activities from the perspective of project stakeholder management.This paper analyzed the application of collaborative management theory in project management activities and the behavior of stakeholder management in collaborative management activities.Meanwhile,this study explored the collaborative management objectives and collaborative management of stakeholders in the process of project implementation.This study explored the stakeholder collaborative management platform in the process of construction application and the study found that the project co-management objectives were numerous,mainly including six aspects,i.e.cost,quality,schedule,safety,environment and social benefits.This research analyzed the multiple participants involved in the process of project coordination management,i.e.government,construction units,survey units,design units and construction units,(including general contracting units,professional subcontractors,labor subcontractors,etc.),supervision stations,supervision units,inspection and inspection units,audit units,material suppliers and consumers,etc.Then,this study pointed out the objectives of stakeholder in project management.To explore the development of project management information,this study analyzed the bottleneck and motivation of its development.The results showed that misunderstanding,imperfect technology,lack of professional talents,high costs,lack of standardization,and large amount of information were the important bottlenecks of the development of project management.In addition,this paper analyzed the impetus of project management information development,and found that market competition,policy driving,crisis awareness,cooperative management,management complexity,powerful information function and equilibrium analysis were the most important factors that drive project managers to adopt the information management model.By research on the realization factors of project information management,the results suggested that the development of policy for promoting information development,including incentive mechanism and compulsory mechanism,energetically popularizing professional knowledge,including the enterprise level,the university level,the social level,the cultivation of professional talents,the enterprise level and the social level of the university level.To promote technological innovation and technological development,the managers have taken many steps to resolve this problem,and this study found that market regulation was an important factor to achieve this goal.Finally,the case study adopted,which was the information platform for collaborative management of engineering projects.The information platform of collaborative management constructed in the process of construction management,and the way to realize the information platform of project management pointed out in this study.This study explored the information of project management by the social network analysis(SNA),pointed out the existing problems in the implementation of information management,and analyzed the problems in the process of information management.It also plays an important role in the development of management information in the construction process of the project,and makes up for the work,which is lack of information research on project management.
