A Study Of Safety Communication In T Super High-Rise Building Project Stakeholders Based On Social Network Analysis

In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly.And various landmark buildings have emerged endlessly,such as the super high-rise buildings.The T super high-rise building project is one of them.It has a large number of participating units,cumbersome construction processes and complicated communication relationships,which make the safety management more difficult.There are many factors influencing the safety management decisions,of which the safety information is the key.For all the stakeholders involved in project construction,high-quality safety communication is an inevitable requirement for successful project governance.Social network analysis is a common sociological research method.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have applied it to the research of stakeholders and made a series of research results in the fields of project management and organization management.The author selects the T super high-rise building project in the peak period of construction as the research object,and uses social network analysis methods to make a new exploration in the field of project communication management.The main work completed is as follows:(1)In-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of the safety communication using questionnaires.After investigation,the safety communication of the T project has shortcomings in terms of timeliness,accuracy and integrity,and there is still room for optimization.(2)Establishing a safety communication social network for the stakeholders in the T project using social network analysis methods.Through quantitative analysis of the network density,centrality and other key indicators,this study describes the safety communication relationships of different stakeholders in the network,which provide support for the optimization of communication management.(3)The study puts forward two improvement suggestions and conducts simulation analysis and verification using social network analysis.Combined with the opinions of experts,this study proposes several optimization measures for the general contractor's safety communication management.The safety communication social network model constructed in this thesis is aimed at objectively characterizing the safety communication relations of the T project stakeholders,providing a basis for project management decision-making,and further improving the safety management capability of the general contractor.This study has certain reference and significance for the project management in the form of general contracting and multi-party participation.
