Study On The Evaluation Of Construction Project Management Informatization Construction

With the development of science and technology,the development and progress of all walks of life are inseparable from information technology.As one of the pillar industries in our country,the construction industry is also developing towards the direction of large-scale and complexity,which means that the inherent engineering management system in our country needs to change and make continuous progress,to gradually adapt to this development and change.At present,there are still some problems in the information construction of engineering project management in China,such as lack of integrated management and lack of innovation,etc.,these aspects become our country project information construction development important restriction factor.This paper aims at establishing the evaluation index system of railway project management information level by exploring the development process of Engineering Project Management Information Construction and taking the concrete railway project information system construction as the concrete example,the level of Railway Project Management Information System is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the evaluation method,from the point of view of the manager,it provides a reference for the scientific evaluation of railway project management information level.The main contents are as follows:(1)the background and significance of the research on engineering project management informatization in construction enterprises are analyzed,and the related concepts and development status of engineering project management informatization at home and abroad are sorted out in detail,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the following research.(2)to master all kinds of evaluation methods of engineering management informatization with the help of literature,according to the inherent characteristics of the informatization construction and the principle of index selection,finally,the index system and the model and the comprehensive evaluation model of the construction project management informatization evaluation are determined.(3)firstly,the background of railway project information construction is introduced.Secondly,the structure and function of Railway Project Management Information System are described in detail.According to the characteristics of the project,the evaluation is carried out from three first-class indexes:Content Index,Technical Management Index and effect index.Through the analysis of survey data,the content index level of satisfaction is 94.93%.Then the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed from two aspects of Technical Management Index and effect index by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Modulus and index to evaluate its informatization level.According to the model,the evaluation score of the Technical Management Index is 76.33,and the evaluation score of the achievement index is 71.25.According to the principle of maximum degree of membership,the evaluation result is good.The empirical study shows that the index system and comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this study are scientific,effective and practical,and provide scientific basis for the evaluation of other industries informatization level,with better theoretical value and practical significance.Figure 4 table 11 reference 77...
