With the modernization of urban infrastructure in our country,the traditional direct buried pipeline can no longer meet its development needs,and the requirements for the integrated management of underground municipal pipelines have also gradually increased,so In recent years,the country has successively introduced a number of policies to encourage and promote the construction of a new type of urban infrastructure—underground comprehensive pipeline corridors.The vigorous development of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors has become the only way to solve the problem of urban municipal pipelines in the process of urbanization in the future,but how to carry out accurate engineering measurement and pricing,control of cost and project cost management is one of the core contents of its construction and development.The underground integrated pipe gallery project belongs to a new type of structure,and currently there is no specific calculation specification and quota,and the the cost of most projects can only be determined in accordance with?The code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works?(GB50500-2013)by drawing lessons from municipalities,installation quotas and other methods,which leads to insufficient accuracy,poor pertinence,and many problems in practical engineering applications,so it is an important task to advance the construction and development of a set of measurement and pricing methods applicable to underground integrated pipe galleries.On the other hand,people not only pay more attention to the efficiency of measurement pricing,but also pay more attention to standardization and information management.For example,prefabricated buildings,BIM,big data,etc.will also be the major trends in the development of the construction industry in the future.So Modularization is just one of the best ways to improve the accuracy of engineering pricing and it is just one of the best ways to improve standardization and information management.Regarding the issue above,this article will stand at the point of modular pricing,first of all,to conduct a modular deconstruction of the underground integrated pipe gallery project and establish a modular system,then discuss the measurement method based on the module,at the same time using fuzzy mathematics to adjust the consumption of the module,and use the material method to measure,finally,it proposes to promote the application of modular pricing model.Based on the above research,this paper concludes that the modularization system of underground comprehensive pipe gallery project,the modular measurement method,the consumption adjustment,and the modular pricing method.The research of this paper lays a certain theoretical foundation for the development of the measurement and pricing method of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project.On the other hand,it is also aimed at improving the accuracy and efficiency of measurement and pricing of underground integrated pipeline projects,reducing the errors in project measurement and pricing,and avoidingdisputes over payment and settlement of payments,so as to achieve effective control of construction funds.
