Research On The Renewal Of Baiwanzhuang Community Based On Comfort Evaluation

After decades of rapid expansion of cities in China,with the shortage of land resources,urban construction is undergoing a transformation from the previous incremental expansion to the optimization of stocks.Urban development has entered the stage of urban renewal as the main task.It is precisely because the appearance of the old city is inconsistent with the current development of the city.Urban renewal has also become one of the adjustment measures within the urban construction.In the old city,the community is an important part of the community,and it is also the main place for the life of the residents.One of the contents of urban renewal is the renewal of old and old communities,which is a new field that is linked and differentiated from community planning.And the environmental impact is the important factor that planners,architects and landscape designers need to consider in urban planning,architectural design and landscape design.The characteristics of the times have already explained the urgency of speeding up the transformation of old and old communities,improving the residential environment and the livable level of the community.As one of the "republic's first settlements",Baiwanzhuang is an important practice and valuable historical relic of modern Chinese housing.The need for its protection is self-evident.There are many problems faced in the community renewal.Residents' living environment needs to be rectified.Compared with the conventional designers who designed through their professional experience,they introduced the comfort evaluation aid design to try to create more livable community environment more sensibly and scientifically,and at the same time make the updated program more comfortable and livable.persuasive.This paper combines a questionnaire survey and expert interviews,computer simulations,and a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to establish a comprehensive comfort assessment system for the million-million community,and innovatively proposes the use of comprehensive comfort in community renewal.Evaluate the method of assisted design and propose the update strategy for Baiwanzhuang.The community update method based on comfort evaluation proposed in this paper can provide guidance for designers,owners,management departments and the public in the simulation and practical understanding of comfort,and tries to open up methods for designers in urban renewal work.
