| In recent years, with the extensive construction of domestic residential areas, a variety of luxury residents emerge with exaggerated graphic, expensive plant and material to advertised quality. Among them are some settlements input significant cost to use new eco-technology partly. However, the lack of scientific rational design and integrated consider, it cannot essentially improve the comfort and ecology of residential landscape. Based on the background needed to be improved urgently, the dissertation proposed a comfort and ecology quantitative evaluation system of residential landscape with an overall perspective, through investigations to a large number of built settlements and collation of technical information.This system quantitatively evaluated the related design content of comfort and ecology of residential landscape from the beginning of the design to construction completed through accurate evaluation process. It applied many factors of comfort and ecology to three levels of skeleton layer, functional layer and epithelial layer to study innovatively. The three levels are interrelated, the evaluation process and the internal logic vertically connected to a system. Just as the scattered debris incorporated in three drawers, the present situation of scattered and complex humanity design concept and ecological technology are sorted into three levels, integrated into quantitative data and charts. So that it will evaluate targeted to the many factors of comfort and ecological of residential landscape and provide supplementary design guidance and help.This dissertation hopes to use scientific data and rigorous deduction to elaborate all the factors, by this system to fundamentally improve the deficiencies of comfort and ecological design of residential landscape. |
